Pick up ammo, turn on the motorcycle and… watch out for the swarm of zombies that are coming, the open-world / post-apocalyptic mast race arrives on the PlayStation 4 (Exclusive) console to bounce your pulse as you try to survive another day. The question is, will he survive any competition out there or become a zombie? Read everything in the coverage of Days Gone

Days-Gone

If there's anything anyone who ever has a joystick played this or open world games or zombie-based games or a combination of both, be it Left 4 dead, Dead Rising, Dying Light and more and more, the "Stanz" in these games It's pretty much the same for everyone with slight game-to-game changes that are often expressed in the main protagonist and slight nuances in the plot, what do you mean? The end of the world is somehow coming and 99% of the global population is living dead, mostly because of a mutated virus or a failed military experiment or a pretty stupid reason we don't really discover, and we as gamers - flow with it. Notwithstanding, I also described the background to the days gone game, a deadly virus, everyone's zombies, come on.

As for what I said about the main character, if we played a reporter who was caught in the heart of the situation or a fearless warrior who wants to take revenge or something, this time we go into the shoes of Deacon St. John, a former soldier who was released with disgrace who became a delinquent biker and after the outbreak of the plague. Drifter 'Head Hunter Hunting Zombies ... Sorry, freaks (in the game language) for money, saving innocent civilians and fighting anyone who tries to do damage to the survivors. Well, it's not like he has anything better to do.

So far as you may have noticed everything sounds very similar to the stuff we knew and played, but there are some things that really differentiate this game from the others first and foremost - the main story is non-linear which also consists of main tasks and some side tasks but it consists only of side tasks that make up the big story And complete. Feeling a little confused? At first, too, we got used to moving forward and developing the character along with the plot and "breaking routine" for money with the same side tasks.
Here we have a collection of stories consisting of several tasks and each one contributes to the development of the character, weapons, motorcycle, relationships with survivors, and of course, storytelling channels that teach us what is happening / what happens. Nice.

Another thing that sets this game apart from the others is the vehicles. In each of these games we have an arsenal of vehicles that can always be bought \ robbed \ collect on the road whether they are cars, motorcycles, toy cars or airplanes, we only have one motorcycle that over time we refurbish it until it becomes ... improved motorcycle. Yes, I didn't fly on this business either ... With the motorcycle, we would move from place to place on the relatively large (but not huge) map, hunt freaks, fight enemies and ... look for gas stations. You read right, another thing very different from the rest is the fuel issue, as in life itself the fuel runs out at some point and if you are not near a gas station or safe area - you screwed up, you have to look for you to get on with it (or run on foot), there is no alternative to a motorcycle and in some places Can get very nasty.

So the world is full of zombies, everyone wants to kill you, you have a motorcycle and some weapons - what now?
In the Days Gone game, there is something on the one hand reminiscent of the immortal "Walking Dead" series with the whole theme of "No choice but to survive" in a special structure where each time we have to do another small part of one of the existing stories until we reach the Great Climax. During the game, we will find out what happened to Deacon's spouse as we chase after attaining justice, we will help develop and protect colonies when each has its own property (camp of the liberated, labor camp, etc.), help a lost / suicidal girl and all at the fork, There are lots of other tasks I don't want to reveal for fear of spoilers.
