Depth of Extinction is a two year old pixel art turn based tactics RPG with roguelike features that has us exploring and adventuring through a flooded post-apocalyptic Earth. It a cross between FTL and X-COM. The Definitive Edition was released a couple of months back so this seems to be a great time to check it out.
