Actualmente esta es mi empresa de streaming llamada "Suanky". Como logran ver y con respecto al post anterior mi web de streaming está creciendo poco a poco, la media de momento es de 536 usuarios en línea, con uso del servidor de casi 50%, y de momento no genero ingresos sino una pequeña cantidad de 120$ diarios de pérdida, es nada, pero con los días es bastante.
This is actually my streaming company called "Suanky". As you can see and with respect to the previous post my streaming website is growing little by little, the average at the moment is 536 users online, with server usage of almost 50%, and at the moment I don't generate income but a small amount of $120 per day of loss, it's nothing, but with the days it's enough.
El primer requisito para generar ingresos fué adquirir una nueva oficina. Esta abarca a unos 20 nuevos empleados.
The first requirement to generate income was to acquire a new office. This covers about 20 new employees.
Mientras estaba el proceso de mudanza, se me ocurrió aumentar al personal, algunos especificamente 2 de las primeras categorias, para agilizar el proceso de recolección de componentes.
Pero también usar los puntos de investigación liberar a más personal.
While the moving process was underway, I thought of increasing the staff, some specifically 2 of the first categories, to speed up the component collection process.
But also to use the research points to free up more staff.
Parte de ese personal antiguo contrato son: Roy que es diseñador y Vincent desarrollador.
Estos 2 me agilizan los componentes para hacer que la página web de streaming mejore algunas caracteristicas y, a su vez consiga a nuevos usuarios y me valoren la página.
Some of those old staff are: Roy who is a designer and Vincent who is a developer.
These 2 are streamlining the components to make the streaming website improve some features and, in turn, get new users to value the site.
Ahora toca el nuevo personal, para ello invertí algunos puntos de investigación.
Now it's time for the new staff, for which I invested some research points.
Esos dos nuevos empleados son:
Jeremy que es agente de asistencia, su función es responder a lo que los nuevos usuarios reportan de la página.
Troy, es personal de marketing, se encargar de atraer a nuevos usuarios a nuestra página web mediante el marketing.
Those two new employees are:
Jeremy who's a help desk agent, his role is to respond to what new users report on the site.
Troy, who is marketing staff, is in charge of attracting new users to our website through marketing.
Luego de contratar a estos 2 nuevos empleados, me recomendaron actualizar el "framework", pues lo que me puse manos a la obra, para esto invertí unos 250 puntos de investigación y, una vez conseguido lo intercambié.
After hiring these two new employees, they recommended that I update the framework, so I got to work. I invested about 250 research points in this, and once I got it, I exchanged it.

Seguido de eso me toco mejorar las caracteristicas de la pagina de inicio y de la transmisión en directo, de manera tal de que sea más eficiente para mis nuevos usuarios y los actuales.
After that I had to improve the features of the home page and the live broadcast, so that it is more efficient for my new and current users.

En un par de días la página web comenzó a atraer más público debido a que se estaba viralizando.
Eso es bueno, pero también es malo.
Within a couple of days the website started to attract more audience because it was becoming more viralized.
That's good, but it's also bad.
Con la llegada de muchos usuarios me ví en la obligación de alquilar una oficina para instalar mis servidores. Todavía me quedaba adquirir la maquinaría, desde el "rack" hasta sus sistema de refrigeración.
With the arrival of many users I was forced to rent an office to install my servers. I still had to acquire the machinery, from the "rack" to its cooling system.
La inversión es de 30.000$ por adquirir: Un servidor web pequeño, Un servidor caché pequeño y Un servidor de base de datos pequeño.
The investment is $30,000 to acquire: A small web server, a small cache server and a small database server.
Después tocó configurar todo y dejar haciendo su trabajo.
Then he had to set everything up and let it do its job.
Los días fueron pasando y los números también, todavía sigo sin generar ni 1$ diario, pero creo que el trabajo está mejorando dentro de lo que cabe.
The days went by and so did the numbers, I still don't generate a single dollar a day, but I think the work is getting better as far as it goes.
