When I was a child I liked soccer a lot, today I still do but not as much as I did then. I was in a team, but I never got to play, I only did the training sessions, I'm really quite bad. So in relation to that, any game or series that had to do with soccer, I loved it. That was the case of Inazuma Eleven (here it was called Super Once), an anime that was on TV every morning, and I would gladly get up early every day to watch it. I could even say that it was very good and that it left you with a beautiful teaching. Then some time later I discovered that there was a game for Nintendo DS, it was only in Japanese, but I had to play it and that's why we are here today, in this humble review.
De pequeño me gustaba mucho el fútbol, hoy en día me sigue gustando pero no tanto como en aquél entonces. Estuve en un equipo, pero nunca llegué a jugar, solo hacía los entrenamientos, era bastante malo en verdad. Así que en relación con eso, cualquier juego o serie que tuviera que ver con fútbol, me encantaba. Ese era el caso de Inazuma Eleven (acá se llamaba Super Once), un anime que pasaban todas las mañanas por televisión, y yo con gusto me paraba temprano, todos los días para llegar a verla. Podría llegar a decir que era muy buena y que te dejaba una bonita enseñanza. Luego tiempo después descubrí que había un juego para Nintendo DS, solo se encontraba en japonés, pero debía jugarlo y es por eso que nos encontramos hoy aquí, en esta humilde reseña.
Initially the game was released in 2008 exclusively for Japan, but the 2011 version that everyone knows today had not yet been released. I got to that Japanese version and it was quite entertaining, but as I didn't understand anything I missed a lot and I couldn't finish it. I also thought about translating it into my language, since I had some super basic knowledge of romhacking, but I gave up on those ideas and left this title until after 3 years. The 2011 version was literally a vastly improved version of the 2008 version, with several languages available and new sprites, which caught my attention and I noticed instantly, those who have never tried the 2008 version will never know about it.

Llegué a esa versión japonesa y era bastante entretenida, pero como no entendía nada me perdía mucho y no pude terminarlo. También pensé alguna vez en poder traducirlo a mi idioma, ya que tenía unos conocimientos súper básicos en romhacking, pero me dejé de esas ideas y dejé abandonado este título hasta después de 3 años. La versión del 2011 era literalmente una versión sumamente mejorada de la versión del 2008, con varios idiomas disponibles y con nuevos sprites, cosa que me llamó la atención y noté al instante, aquéllos que nunca hayan probado la versión del 2008 nunca sabrán de esto.
The story of this game will tell us the adventures of Mark Evans, grandson of one of the best goalkeepers in Japan and president of the Raimon soccer club. Mark is a boy with a lot of enthusiasm and motivation that will have to gather members for his club since the current ones do not even deign to do the training, once he has the complete team and they get their star striker Axel Blaze, they will face several teams at regional level. During the process they will have to face both dramatic and emotional problems to reach their final goal.
La historia de este juego nos narrará las aventuras de Mark Evans, nieto de uno de los mejores porteros de Japón y presidente del club de fútbol del Raimon. Mark es un chico con mucho entusiasmo y motivación que deberá reunir miembros para su club ya que los actuales no se dignan ni a hacer el entrenamiento, una vez que tenga el equipo completo y consigan a su delantero estrella Axel Blaze, se enfrentarán a varios equipos a nivel regional. Durante el proceso deberán enfrentarse a problemas tanto dramáticos como emotivos para llegar a cumplir su objetivo final.
What strikes me most is the game genre, mixing soccer games with RPGs. Players will be able to level up, they have their own attributes, there is an element system (certain elements are more effective when facing a weak element than your player), you can equip them with objects to upload their stats, they learn techniques and so on. The matches are not like in FIFA, don't get any bad ideas, the players will be shown on screen and we will have to move them with the stylus. We will also guide them to the opponent's goal, where we will be able to make a technique or kick in a normal way. All this will be shown vertically on the screen. It is something very basic but it is quite entertaining.
Lo que más me llama la atención es el género de juego, mezclando partidos de fútbol con RPG. Los jugadores podrán subir de nivel, tienen sus propios atributos, hay un sistema de elementos (ciertos elementos son más efectivos cuando se enfrentan a un elemento débil al de tu jugador), les puedes equipar objetos para subirles las estadísticas, aprenden técnicas y demás. Los partidos no son como en el FIFA, no se hagan malas ideas, los jugadores se nos mostrarán en pantalla y nosotros tendremos que moverlos con el lápiz táctil. Además los guiaremos hasta la portería del rival, donde podremos hacer una técnica o chutar de manera normal. Todo esto mostrado de forma vertical en la pantalla. Es algo muy básico pero entretiene bastante.

There are stores where you can buy equipment and techniques, being able to show two of these to each player, no more, so you have to choose wisely.
Fuera de juego podremos fichar jugadores, cumpliendo ciertos requisitos para que ellos entren a nuestro equipo, podremos ojear jugadores según el parámetro que indiquemos, además de organizar partidos amistosos. Al terminar el juego se nos ofrece una cierta rejugabilidad con las cadenas de partidos, los cuales son equipos nuevos y repotenciados. Al ir caminando ya sea por el campus, el barrio o cualquier otra localidad, tratándose esto de un RPG, nos encontramos rivales, donde el enfrentamiento será una partida de futbolito, de cuatro contra cuatro, a diferencia de los partidos oficiales que son 11 contra 11 por regla. Hay tiendas donde puedes comprar equipaciones y técnicas, pudiéndole enseñar dos de éstas a cada jugador, no más, así que tienes que elegir sabiamente.
In short, this is a title that I could call inspiring that motivates you to follow your dreams, that leaves you with a beautiful teaching, ideal for children and young people. Its playability makes it extremely entertaining, giving for many but that many hours of gameplay. The story is really interesting and the soundtrack and the kinematics that are shown at key moments of the adventure, give it a touch of quality. What else could you expect from a game from Level-5? One could not expect more than a little jewel in all its splendor.
En síntesis, este es un título al que podría llamar inspirador que te motiva a seguir tus sueños, que te deja una bonita enseñanza, ideal para los más niños y los jóvenes. Su jugabilidad lo hace sumamente entretenido, dando para muchas pero que muchas horas de juego. La historia es realmente interesante y el soundtrack y las cinemáticas que se muestran en momentos claves de la aventura, le dan un toque de calidad. ¿Qué más se podría esperar de un juego de parte de Level-5? Uno no podría esperar más que una joyita en todo su esplendor.
Para mí lo simple conquista y lograr llegar más allá que algo tan complejo.
y eso lo puedo ver en este juego que a pesar de que sea un juego que tenga esos gráficos y que no tenga tanto jugadores como el FIFA o que no sea como el FIFA de igual manera me atrapó de una manera que quiero jugarlo muy excelente reseña.
En realidad el juego tiene un montón de jugadores, no tendrá los mejores gráficos pero todo es compensado con la historia, que te atrapa y quieres jugarla hasta el final. De verdad que es muy entretenido y luego sus secuelas mejoraron el formato e hicieron el juego mucho más completo.
