Hola mi hermosa gente de Hive, en esta ocasión quiero hablarles de un juego que realmente me gustaba mucho y me llenaba de mucha satisfacción, podría decir que fue uno de mis mayores logros en el mundo de los vídeo juegos, porque en ese entonces yo era una de las pocas personas que pasaba completos los niveles y siempre estaba rompiendo mí mismo récord, además les cuento que de niña era bastante gordita y realmente mi eficacia en los deportes no era muy buena . Educación física fue una asignatura que siempre obtuvo la peor calificación, pero al jugar los juegos olímpicos en casa, realmente me sentía como una atleta, hasta podría asegurar que era capaz de hacer el salto largo y los saltos de altura, yo me metía tanto en el mundo de los vídeo juegos que me visualizaba pasando los diferentes niveles pero en el mundo real y veía como mis compañeros me miraban asombrados y me felicitaban, toda una historia creada en mi casa.
Hello my beautiful people of Hive, this time I want to talk about a game that I really liked a lot and filled me with much satisfaction, I could say it was one of my greatest achievements in the world of video games, because at that time I was one of the few people who passed complete levels and I was always breaking my own record, also I tell you that as a child I was quite chubby and really my efficiency in sports was not very good. Physical education was a subject that always got the worst grade, but playing the Olympic games at home, I really felt like an athlete, I could even assure that I was able to do the long jump and high jumps, I got so much into the world of video games that I visualized myself passing the different levels but in the real world and saw how my classmates looked at me amazed and congratulated me, a whole story created in my house.
Cada vez que jugaba me sumergía en el juego y cada nivel pasado era una completa satisfacción, recuerdo que en ese entonces mi mamá jugaba conmigo, pero nunca pudo ganarme, mis primos tampoco, porque ganaban algunos de los niveles, pero cuando llegaban al salto largo hasta ahí les llegaba la emoción. Algo que me gustaba bastante y que me hacía sentir como toda una ganadora era cuando el público me aplaudía, ese sonido ensordecedor llenaba de alegría mi corazón , además esa era una clara señal de que había ganado, eso me pasaba generalmente cuando jugaba contra el cpu.
Every time I played I was immersed in the game and each level passed was a complete satisfaction, I remember that at that time my mom played with me, but she could never beat me, neither could my cousins, because they won some of the levels, but when they reached the long jump, the emotion got to them. Something that I liked a lot and that made me feel like a winner was when the public applauded me, that deafening sound filled my heart with joy, besides that was a clear sign that I had won, that usually happened to me when I played against the computer.
Reconozco que la carrera de obstáculos me costó mucho en un principio, no sabía cuándo saltar y cuando no hacerlo, a veces me daba risa el ver que saltaba cuando no me correspondía y era tanta la presión por saltar, que incluso saltaba la cuerda de la meta también y ni hablar de la parte donde tenía que disparar a los platillos que salían en el campo, dure meses para darme cuenta, que el momento exacto en el que debía disparar era cuando el platillo estaba dentro del cuadrito.
I admit that the obstacle course cost me a lot at the beginning, I did not know when to jump and when not to do it, sometimes it made me laugh to see that I jumped when it did not correspond to me and the pressure to jump was so great that I even jumped the rope of the goal and not to mention the part where I had to shoot the saucers that came out in the field, it took me months to realize that the exact moment when I had to shoot was when the saucer was inside the square.
Otro nivel que me costó bastante fue el del arco donde tenía que asegurar mi flecha, este nivel requería de bastante precisión, tenía que cuadrar el momento exacto de disparar al blanco, aparte de regular la fuerza y la velocidad con la que iba a lanzar la flecha. Finalmente el salto de altura, siempre lo hacía mal, porque el jugador tenía que hacer un movimiento perfecto para no tumbar la vara, en este juego no bastaba solo con saltar, sino que tenia que maniobrar de forma correcta el cuerpo de mi jugador.
Another level that cost me a lot was the bow where I had to secure my arrow, this level required quite a lot of precision, I had to square the exact moment to shoot the target, apart from regulating the force and speed with which I was going to launch the arrow. Finally the high jump, I always did it wrong, because the player had to make a perfect movement to avoid knocking down the shaft, in this game it was not enough just to jump, but I had to maneuver correctly the body of my player.
Al día de hoy para hacer este post conté con la ayuda de mi hijo de 13 años para instalar nuevamente el juego en mi computador por medio de un emulador de NES,realmente fue una experiencia muy interesante que ambos compartimos y mi hijo quedo sorprendido por la mala calidad de los gráficos, pero en realidad para mi fue un juego que alegro mi corazón , y me hizo sentir como la atleta que nunca fui.
Today to make this post I had the help of my 13 year old son to reinstall the game on my computer through a NES emulator, it was really a very interesting experience that we both shared and my son was surprised by the poor quality of the graphics, but actually for me it was a game that gladdened my heart, and made me feel like the athlete I never was.
