I started up a city a little while back but didn't have time to really dedicate to it then. I think I made a lot of mistakes in the beginning when choosing my cards and was wondering if someone could help me evaluate my current situation and let me know where my immediate gaps are that I need to fill so as to start optimizing.
Right away I see an opportunity in housing my homeless population.
I'm not quite sure where to start as I dive in and I understand a new season has begun with different cards.
I'm hoping you guys can help me optimize and meet immediate needs while I understand and learn more about the game.
few job centers to train homeless/immigrants
then income cards
buy population cards when you have not enough population
on the left side icon with people, tells you about 85 extra population not working in your city

Thank you! Job centers will sort me out just fine if I have unemployment? I dont need actual factories?
I think you should buy cards that add popularity, for example Park cards, to increase your probability to bring new citizens into your city to 30%.
