For the most part this round was mostly long-distance hellos though as the storm shrank, that changed accordingly. There is a fair bit of rotation, but it was mostly contained in the desert region. If you are a fan of combat in the woods or snow, then this may not be the video for you.
I am a big fan of the Deadeye Rifle and the dual shotguns. They work best for my style of play. The sniper rifle this season is one I will always struggle to fit in my inventory if I don’t have a deadeye rifle or dual shotguns. I am not one to carry health or shields as I prefer heavy offense and Hail Mary tactics.
I did revert back to my old ways a bit in grabbing an SUV and using it for more than just mobility. A vehicle makes a great distraction, especially if you can use other obstacles to farther conceal your moves.
All in all, this was a great, fun round of Fortnite for me. That ending caught me off guard too, it was a genuine surprise. The winner of this round played their hand better and to their advantage in a fantastic way. They used concealment and timing to take the win.

Everyone expects you to be inside the car, so jumping out and using it as moving cover or a decoy while you flank with a Twin Hammer is a great way to punish players who are too focused on the vehicle.
I agree. This is why I love the Twin Hammer paired with something like the Deadeye, Holo if I have to, for a great combo for most situations. I try to scout my enemy and pay attention to where I am on the map then arm the appropriate rifle.
I have a lot of people on other platforms where I post the elimination clips complain it is an unfair tactic. I guess they are just mad they fell for it or something. I respect their dislike for the tactic but when visiting their channels, I see them using nothing but the lightning gun which has a REALLY good range of auto aim so I just ignore them. Lol
If it is somewhere like the dessert, not many obstacles, I will load up the twin first then hit them. If it is third partying someone I try to keep my distance and come in before either has time to heal.
