It seems that the 16-Bit era was the highlight of licensed games, especially Warner Bros properties. They simply don't make games like this anymore and that is such a shame. I mean, the style, the feel, the fun factor, get all that right and the license, or lack thereof, would not matter.

Warner and Disney have several very good games of their most classic characters, they were in their golden age in those years, there are still several Disney games that I have been playing for the first time, as well as those of Warner.
