I am glad to meet a fellow gamer that understands the difficulty of playing some of these older titles, and can appreciate how big this update really is.
In 2010 or so, I purchased an older computer just to keep those old Dynamix games available to play (I am a huge fan of Rise of the Dragon too but the Sega CD version is "eh" in my opinion compared to the original). There are many old DOS games like that. I do not know if it was just unconventional programming techniques that made them work or what but definitely a relief to have some of them available in a streamlined format like ScummVM.
