Your points are convertible to Satoshis or PayPal via the game. Bling games all collectively add up your points so you can play many games and earn then cashout. I am not a fan of this points to other payment as you never know how much you are actually earning.
I like Bling games because they actually invest in making them look and play good, plus they pay. Never had a problem with cashing out with them (usually 2 to 3 days and my Satoshis are in my wallet, slightly faster for PayPal payments).
