It's very telling that you choose to address "gambling" regarding a site where you admit there is no gambling ... yet don't at all address the fact that your community allows tokens that fail the Howey Test (and admitted by the lead dev) be promoted repeatedly and ... that's just fine apparently.
Not gambling = muted.
Illegal activity = that's fine.
You know Hive is decentralized so whether something is illegal in the US doesn't really matter?
