Definitely an underappreciated entry in the series! Although The Witcher didn't really hit its stride until the third game, the second had a lot of really great idea. It was just too bad that the development cycle was rushed and cd projekt red wasn't able to do everything they wanted before release.
Still a great game though and a perfect jumping off point for one of the best games of last generation.
Yes, I completely agree! The Witcher 2 had a lot of potential. It's a shame that the development cycle was rushed, but even with those limitations, the game still managed to deliver a fantastic experience.
