I've witnessed many years of Ubisoft hate both in person and on the internet and never really understood it. I mean, for all their faults, they still released some pretty great games but I think they have messed up big time with some of their recent releases and the way that they basically taunted the public that was ever critical of them . I think the reason why we are not seeing any arrogant Tweets from designers over there at the moment is because that is a ship that is getting ready to sink.
I don't want them to go away but I think it would be very wise for them to completely overhaul their leadership because there are some people over there that continually do things the wrong way and this is catching up to them.
I think they were borderline arrogant in years past and they had good reason to be, but this last couple of years have been a damn bloodbath for a lot of companies but none more than Ubisoft. If they just get bought up by a larger company that is not better.
