I am not certain that it is either; but I picked up my copy for around $20 - cheaper than a movie ticket, and much more entertaining :D (Yes, movie tickets here are EXPENSIVE)
Good news! I went digging and sure enough, it is part of the free library. I DL'd it yesterday and will give it a run later on today!
