As i promised, I will tell you today something about the NPC Workers on Black desert you can buy to work for you.
In every Town we have the space for one woker and in every bigger town we can recruit them. To recruit one, you will need a labor inpector. The first bigger town I recruit them was in "Heidel" and the labor inspector looks like the picture below.
There you can get your own workers. You can also get different workers in different regions. In my example in Hidel you can get Human/Goblin/Giant workers. They have different stats, one skill and will get the second Skill on level 5 and then every 5 level up to level of 30.
In the new window since this year, you see how much workers you can recruit ("Behausung" in the picture), how much he will cost, and the stats. Giants are the slowest workers but have the most stamina. Humans have the most luck, a good work speed and stamina and Goblins have the best work speed but the lowest stamina. The moving speed is important if your worker have far distances to go between workplace - warehouse - home place. To see an other worker it will cost you 5 energy. There is an other important thing about workers! The type of the worker you can see by the color.
White (the lowest and cheapest worker, better don't recruit them)
Green (Normal Workers, you can recruit them if you have not much energy)
Blue (Skilled Workers, tats better)
Yellow (Professional Workers, thats way better)
Orange (Artisan Workers, thats the best worker!)
Better workers will cost more, but hey they will give you more and faster resources over time! There is a new button next to see an other one ("Kuntinuierlich betrachten" in the picture), which gives you a choice for a condition to stop by a worker type and automatically view other workers and you can set how much trys. Thats nice if you have much energy and you like to have only the best workers. Sometimes your worker will get a point for education and you can try to get a better typ of this worker. The chance is not high but you should try it. If the worker is level 30 and have 50% of level, you can chose a skill of him and change it to an other random skill. So you can get over a long time your perfect worker!
To increase the amount of workers you can have in a town, you can buy houses for points you can get by doing daily quests. Some houses have conditions which house you have to buy fist. Open the map, click on the town and you will see it. We need houses with a "bed symbol".
You can level up some houses and every house have different types what you can install there. In the picture you can see 5 level for increase the worker places or 4 level for the warehouse. It makes sense for me to install something with higher levels and Level 5 gives you I think it was 8 places for worker.
