For a long time I was looking for a game that was different from the ones I'm used to play, until one day I started with a friend to watch trailers of games for our computers and we saw the great game Castlevania Lords of Shadow. To be honest in the trailer it caught my attention but I was a little skeptical with the game as such, because although it was for mid-range computers (as is my case) the graphics were extremely good for the minimum requirements that the game needs.
Previously I had already played it both on the Nintendo NES, where I started playing it since it was a platform game as it was originally its beginning, in this console I started with the first two Castlevania and Castlevania II: Simon's Quest and as time went by I jumped to the fourth installment Super Castlevania IV. For those who don't know the story in which the story takes place, basically everything revolves around Dracula and the Belmont family who are the ones fighting against Dracula so that he doesn't cause so much havoc and suffering when he returns to earth.
Desde hace tiempo estaba en busca de un juego que fuese diferente a los que estoy acostumbrado a jugar, hasta que un día me pongo con un amigo a ver tráilers de juegos para nuestras computadoras y vimos el gran juego de Castlevania Lords of Shadow. Para ser sincero en el tráiler me llamaba la atención pero estaba un poco escéptico con el juego como tal, porque a pesar que era para computadoras de gama media (como es mi caso) los gráficos eran extremadamente buenos para los requisitos mínimos que el juego necesita.
Anteriormente ya lo había jugado tanto en el nintendo NES, donde lo comencé a jugar desde que era un juego de plataforma como originalmente fue su comienzo, en esta consola empecé con las dos primeras entregas Castlevania y Castlevania II: Simon's Quest y al pasar en tiempo salté a la cuarta entrega Super Castlevania IV. Para los que no conocen la historia en la que se desarrolla la historia, básicamente todo gira en torno a Drácula y a la familia Belmont quienes son los que luchan contra Drácula para que este no cause tantos estragos y sufrimiento cuando regresa a la tierra.

Honestly, in the beginning I quite liked the game and the story as such, although I was not a faithful follower of the saga, but nevertheless it was easy to follow the plot of the past installments. And also as I am an occasional reader it is much easier to follow the plot, although sometimes it does not develop the same as the real story (like all adaptations). But without a doubt it is a game I would recommend whenever I was asked.
Honestamente, en sus inicios me gustó bastante el juego y la historia como tal, aunque no fui fiel seguidor de la saga, pero sin embargo era sencillo seguir la trama de las entregas pasadas. Y también como soy un lector ocasional es mucho más sencillo seguir la trama, aunque en ciertas ocasiones no se desarrolla igual a la historia verdadera (igual que todas las adaptaciones). Pero sin duda alguna es un juego que recomendaría siempre que me lo preguntaran.
As I mentioned, I have not followed the story chronologically and with Castlevania Lords of Shadow was no exception because when I saw it I wanted to remember the old days when I would stay awake playing it, and until recently I stayed awake playing this one, because it is practically impossible to leave a level halfway through because you feel you have the need to know what will happen in the next one. To be honest, it's a bit complicated because as you progress you will logically unlock certain skills, that after you have them you wonder why didn't I get that skill in the previous chapter when I needed it? But believe me, it is precisely in that chapter that you need it more than in another and maybe the next skill you also need it where you are.
Como les mencioné, no he seguido la historia cronológicamente y con Castlevania Lords of Shadow no fue la excepción ya que cuando lo vi quise recordar los viejos tiempos cuando me desvelaba jugándolo, y hasta hace poco me desvele jugando este, porque es prácticamente imposible dejar un nivel a medias porque sientes que tienes la necesidad en saber qué ocurrirá en el siguiente. Para ser sincero, es un poco complicado porque a medida que vayas avanzando lógicamente irás desbloqueando ciertas habilidades, que después que las tienes te pregunta ¿Por qué no me dieron esa habilidad en el capítulo anterior que era cuando la necesitaba? Pero créanme, que justamente en ese capítulo la necesitas más que en otro y quizás la habilidad siguiente también la necesites en donde te encuentras.

The chapters that have been complicated for me to complete are: Titan of Siege, is where a giant machine begins to hit Dracula's castle and we must climb up his arm to reach his head and stop it, while a paladin is attacking us with arrows which we must dodge and we must also avoid the mechanisms (gears) of the forearm to avoid being hit and fall. When we get to the head we will see some rivets and we must make the Paladin shoot and thus be able to remove the helmet of the Titan of siege and destroy it definitively, after the sequence we will return to have a clash against the golden Paladin. This is starting the game that is complicated because you are getting to know the controls but then it's easy.
Los capítulos que se me han hecho complicados de completar son: Titán de Asedio, es donde una maquina gigante empieza a golpear al castillo de Drácula y, debemos ir escalando por su brazo para llegar a su cabeza y detenerla, mientras un paladín está atacándonos con flechas las cual debemos esquivar y además hay que evitar los mecanismos (engranajes) del antebrazo para que no nos den y caigamos. Al llegar a la cabeza veremos unos remaches y hay que hacer que el Paladín dispare y así poder quitar el casco del Titán de asedio y destruirlo definitivamente, tras la secuencia volveremos a tener un encontronazo contra el Paladín dorado. Estos es empezando el juego que se complica porque estas conociendo los controles pero después es fácil.
Then there is chapter 5 which is called victory square, this is easy, the complicated thing is when you get with Raisa Volkova that complicates everything.
The next chapter called the mirror of destiny becomes more complicated, because as you advance you will encounter the minotaur Agreus in his garden, where you have to do everything possible to hide from him because if he finds you he will finish you instantly without giving you the opportunity to even touch him.
Luego está el capítulo 5 que tiene por nombre plaza de la victoria, este entre lo que cabe es fácil, lo complicado es cuando te consigues con Raisa Volkova que se complica todo.
El siguiente capítulo llamado el espejo del destino se va tornando más complicado, debido que a medida que avanzas te toparás con el minotauro Agreus en su jardín, donde tienes que hacer todo lo posible por esconderte de él porque si te encuentra te acaba al instante sin darte la oportunidad de tocarlo siquiera.

And I'm currently stuck on chapter 8 which is the one I'm most lying down to beat, because in it I'm fighting the Boss called Dracula Within. And from what I've been told after beating this one, the worst awaits me.
Y actualmente estoy atascado en el capítulo 8 que es el que más me ha costado superar, porque en el estoy luchando contra el Boss llamado Drácula Interior. Y por lo que me han dicho más allá tras superar a este me espera lo peor.

Undoubtedly a very entertaining game, if you have not had the opportunity to play it I recommend it and if you have already played it tell me how I defeat the Dracula Inside and play it again to relive the feelings of when you played it for the first time.
Indudablemente un juego muy entretenido, sino han tenido la oportunidad de jugarlo se los recomiendo y si ya lo jugaron díganme como derroto al Drácula interior y vuélvanlo a jugar para que revivan eso sentimientos de cuando lo jugaron por primera vez.
