Built in 1891 this mansion has very little information available about it. It has sat abandoned since the early 1990s, which is strange because it sits right on the outskirts of downtown Hamilton. Very prime real estate in the area!
It was clearly converted into semi's at some point and eventually into an absurd amount of apartments! One side of the house had 10 mailboxes and the other side looked to have the same but the boxes themselves had been torn out. With all of those renovations and changes to the building, then it being almost completely gutted. It really is incredible that so many of the old features are hidden but still there!
