I pressed these seeds into the soil and then watered them. You must be thinking, "They didn't grow like this in a day. Okra takes time for its plant to grow and bear fruit."
Okra is a summer vegetable. It can be sown anytime between March and June. Okra loves sunshine and warm weather.Okra seeds take about 4 to 7 days to germinate.
The plant is ready to bear fruit in 40 to 50 days.
A plant produces okra continuously for 2 to 3 months if properly cared for.
