I spent this weekend in the village. It's time to return to the gardens. Vegetable planting works have started. Whatever we plant in the gardens these days, we can consume them naturally and freshly.
Bu haftasonunu köyde geçirdim. Bahçelere dönmenin zamanı gelmiş. Sebze ekme-dikme işleri başlamış. Bu günlerde bahçelere ne ekersek yazın onları doğal ve taze olarak tüketebiliriz.
I planted some onions and some potatoes in my garden. Then I prepared small seedling houses for peppers and tomatoes.
Bahçeme bir miktar soğan ve bir miktar patates diktim. Daha sonra da biber ve domates için küçük fide evleri hazırladım.
These seedling houses serve to retain water. In addition, since the water does not flow quickly, it cannot harm the seedlings.

We can buy tomato and pepper seedlings from the market as green, or we can germinate by planting seeds ourselves. We prefer to germinate ourselves. Then, we make up for our shortcomings from the market again.
Domates ve biber fidelerini pazardan yeşil olarak da alabiliriz, kendimiz tohumunu ekerek çimlendirebilirz de. Biz kendimiz çimlendirmeyi tercih ediyoruz. Daha sonra eksiklerimizi ise yine pazar dan tamamlıyoruz.
