AssalamuAlaikum & Greetings Everyone!
It's me @amjadsharif
After a long time, I have come up with an update on the garden. The weather did not cooperate during the entire summer season due to continuous and heavy rains. The garden has been completely destroyed. Most of the plants I had planted in it have dried up. The ground of the garden is full of weeds. Now I have to bring the garden back to its original shape.
I have started digging its ground so that its soil can be thinned and broken. This will not only make the soil thin but also destroy the weeds. For this, I have taken the help of the hoe.
After digging a part of the garden with the help of a hoe, herbs have also been gathered in it, and the soil has also been thinned, but there are still weeds left in it. I have taken the help of hoe again and tried to make the soil thinner. Unless the soil is thin, no vegetables, etc. can be grown in it. If the land is prepared well, then the crop is easy to grow and has very few weeds and its yield is 90 to 95 cents
I have sprinkled a lot of water on the ground of the garden, whose soil was dry, so that the soil gets moisture, and I do not face any difficulty in tilling it, and its soil can be easily thinned. Now I am thinking that until its soil is ready, I will buy some seeds for it, including coriander, mung bean, spinach, garlic, tomato, and some other vegetables that we have to grow in our home garden.
You already know that there are some chickens and chicks who will not let these vegetables grow, so for this, I will have to prepare a plan of action so that these vegetables can be protected from the chickens and chicks. Right now these chickens use their claws to dig up the soil in this ground and make insects and moths their food. How can I prevent them from entering this garden? I can tell you this only in my next blog because I have not thought about it yet.
If you look at the chickens and the hens in these pictures, the ones that are munching the seeds have become very lively and their age is about to reach one month. Some of them are chicks of the chakor because I had kept the chakor eggs under the hen to hatch the chicks and the chakor chicks gave more than the chicks of these chickens. I have another hen now who will hatch the chicks from nine eggs. After about a week, the newly born chicks will be in front of us.
Proper arrangements have been made for watering the plants that are planted in this garden. Holes have been made in their stems so that the plants can get water for a long time. If the plants continue to get water, the plants grow quickly. Some plants are shady and some are fruit-bearing plants. This pomegranate plant has flowered once or twice, but due to the mischief of the children, the reason why this fruit did not fully develop is that the children would pick the flowers as soon as they formed, and the further process would remain incomplete. When I bring the next plants, I will definitely share the next update with you guys. See you in my next blog.
