today is the seventh day. I feel mentally strained. and even though I had a good night sleep, fairly exhausted.
well, even God was, on the seventh day.
most of the rain for today fell during the night and early in the morning the sun shone through with a low, soft glow. the cloud layer opens and closes but it hardly rains. there will be enough charge today 🙏
at the moment it seems, Saturday will be a rain free day in which I hope to do the burning of the olive branches with the help of my neighbor Tom who´s back on his land now.
the same Tom who nearly got us killed against a rather large Eucaliptus tree not so long ago.
after the supposed Saturday break in the rain, there are 6 more rainy days lined up already..
I do have many new post ideas up my sleeve and honestly I am a bit fed up, feeling I made the point clear to us all with this series.
and so, I have decided that this, today´s post will be the last in the series. ✝️
after all, even God needed to rest on the seventh day.

I have been feeling her very present as of late and we talked for an hour and a half.
even though I can not yet explain or put my finger on it, I somehow know she holds an important key to some healing I need to go through, at some point.
and it seems to me she will play a role in my near future.
only time will tell.I got a pleasant surprise in the form of a call from my friend from Spain this morning (the one who´s mentioned in day 3 of this series (https://ecency.com/hive-114308/@bigorna1/endless-monsoon-series-e016768fda6f5)
got a footer made for me by @riverflows for the posts on the #HiveGarden community which I am very excited and grateful for 🙏
it also reminds me I am falling behind on my #HiveGarden March challenge..

here are some fun stats I like to calculate when it rains.
as I do not measure precipitation myself, I use the numbers from the forecast.
so for example, Mr. weatherman has predicted 16mm of rainfall for today.
every 1mm of rainfall over an area of 1 square meter is equal to 1 liter of water.
for that matter, the size of our farm is 2.2 Hectares (or 22000 square meters)
so we take the prediction and multiply it by the total area of the farm.
16 x 22000 = 352,000 Liters of water falling on the farm today !
the results are always hugely sounding..!
this is such a good charge for our aquifers ❤️
we have received more then 2.5 million liters of water on our farm during the last 7 days ! this is s**t loads !
now imagine having the means to store all of this water for future use throughout our 8-9 months of dry season.
we could live in an Amazonian like lushness for ever 🌱
and it isn´t even over yet.
(Not) to be continued... !
thank you for stopping by 🙏
wishing us all a peaceful (and dry) rest of the week.
