Short Garden Harvest Video!

I harvested a few things, over a couple of days! Thought I would share my small harvest...the beginning of what looks to be MANY! Today, I am making some salsa, with a few pounds of tomato, onion, some sweet pepper and coriander, as well as some fresh lime juice, but meanwhile, please, do enjoy this Garden Harvest video. My gardens are in New England, zone 6b/7a.

Plenty of Tomato, Onion, Sweet Banana Peppers, Cucumbers, Zucchinis and more! I see so many more coming soon, so stay tuned for more from the gardens.

Most of you know, I prefer to grow my own food, locally. It's healthier for my family, and for the planet. I know what goes into my foods, and what chemicals are NOT in my food. Also, It cuts down on carbon emissions, less trucking, planes, trains, and boats, to get fresh foods to my table.

And that makes me smile... better for the planet, better for my own family.

That's a dope little harvest - awesome! Really enjoyed the vid where you went around picking - looked really fun. Would love to have a little setup like that one day.. very cool! Keep well mate.

thank you... I started simple: one pot. each year, I have added more and more. You need to get that first pot planted, too!

Think that's an awesome way to do it. I've recently had great success growing coriander.. love the smell and taste. Keep well my friend.

Bang, I did it again... I just rehived your post!
Week 166 of my contest just started...you can now check the winners of the previous week!

We had our first tomato from the garden yesterday. As usual and as is correct, you are a few weeks ahead of us up north in Vermont. I love fresh salsa! can't wait for our garden to start supplying some 🙂

Can't wait to taste it!
