Harvesting Eggplants 🍆 | Vida Verde 💚 ENG

Hello crop lovers, I hope you are doing very well, that your gardens and crops are giving many beautiful, leafy plants with flowers and big fruits.

In the month of July we planted in our garden eggplants, peppers, tomatoes, sweet bell pepper and these beautiful eggplants are the result of this association of plants that help each other.

Our crops are 100% organic and this experience of association excites us because without a doubt nature is wonderful and I knew that every day I learn more about it.

Everyone gave more fruits than expected in our Enchanted Garden and one of the crops with better results are these great eggplants. They left me shocked by their size and quantity of fruits!

I was really looking forward to the eggplant plants, since it is the first time I planted them and all the references I had about them were that they were difficult crops, that the plants got sick easily and that they gave very few fruits.

However, I planted them with excitement and treated them with love while waiting for the results, I was impressed by how quickly they developed in the beds, very soon they began to appear their beautiful purple flowers and after them their fruits.

But one day when we woke up, we found the bushes were bitten and we believed that the eggplants would be affected and we started the care with water repellent, vinegar and a little soap, until today we do not know for sure what attacked our plants but still these beautiful big and juicy fruits were given.

We have already eaten eggplants in many ways, the one I like the most is the breaded version of @arrozymangophoto although there is also the sautéed eggplant and filleted eggplant. Now it's time to give some to family and friends.

Today's harvest is just a part of the harvest, it really gave me more than expected, nature always amazes me and I am increasingly happy to be living a + green life in the middle of these beautiful cloudy mountains and to be able to enjoy the pleasure of growing my own food.

This harvest of eggplants of approximately 10 kilos and now is that there are fruits to give, so it's time to learn new eggplant recipes. if you have any share it with me please ...hehehe ...Since we will continue consuming Vitamin A and Phosphorus, what I like most about it are its benefits because the eggplant helps prevent and combat asthritis, oteoporosis and cardiovascular disease, something that affects many people in my country, it is also diuretic and helps control sugar.

I have never really given so much attention to the benefits that consuming eggplant can give as now that I have this beautiful crop. Which makes me really happy with the results.

Cosechando Berenjenas 🍆| Vida Verde 💚 ESP

Hola amantes de los cultivos espero estén muy bien, que sus jardines y cosechas estén dando muchas hermosas, frondosas plantas con flores y grandes frutos.

En el mes de Julio sembramos en nuestra huerta berenjenas, pimentones, tomates, ají dulce y estas bellas berenjenas son el resultado de esa asociación de plantas que se ayudan entre si.

Nuestro cultivos son 100% orgánicos y está experiencia de asociación nos emociona porque sin duda la naturaleza es maravillosa y sabía cada día aprendo mas de ella.

Todos dio más frutos de los esperado en nuestro Jardín Encantado y uno de los cultivos con mejores resultados son los de estas grandiosas berenjenas. Que me dejaron impactada por su tamaño y cantidad de frutos !!

Yo realmente estaba a la expectativa con las plantas de berenjena, ya que es la primera vez que las sembraba y todas las referencia que tenia de ellas eran de que eran cultivos difíciles, que las plantas se enfermaban fácilmente y que daban muy pocos frutos.

Igualmente las sembré con emoción y las trate con amor a la espera de los resultados , me impresiono lo rápido que se desarrollaron en los bancales muy pronto empezaron aparecer sus hermosas flores moradas y tras de ellas sus frutos.

Pero un día al despertar encontramos las matas picadas y creíamos que las berenjenas se verían afectadas e iniciamos los cuidados con repelente de agua , vinagre y un poco de jabón, hasta hoy no sabemos a ciencia cierta que ataco nuestras plantas pero aun así se dieron estos hermoso grandes y jugosos frutos.

Ya hemos comido berenjenas de muchas maneras, la que mas me gusta es la version empanizada de @arrozymangophoto aunque también esta la de berenjenas salteadas y en filet . Ahora nos toca regalar algunas a familiares y amigos.

El cultivo de berenjenas vienen dándonos muchos frutos está cosecha de hoy es solo una parte de la recolección , realmente me dio mas de lo esperado, la naturaleza siempre me asombra y cada vez estoy mas feliz de estar viviendo una vida + verde en medio de estas hermosas montañas nubladas y poder gozar del placer de cultivar mis propios alimentos.

Esta recolección de berenjenas de aproximadamente 10 kilos y ahora es que quedan frutos por dar, asi que es tiempo de aprender nuevas recetas de berenjenas. si tienes alguna compartela conmigo por favor ...jejeje ...Ya que vamos a seguir consumiendo Vitamina A y Fosforo, lo que mas me gusta de ella son sus beneficios, ya que la berenjena ayuda a prevenir y combatir la astritis, oteoporosis y enfermedades cardiovasculares ,algo que afecta a mucha población en mi pais, tambien es diuretica y ayuda a controlar la azúcar.

Realmente nunca le había dado tanta atención de los beneficiosa que pueden da el consumo de berenjena como ahora que tengo este hermoso cultivo. Que me tiene realmente feliz por los resultados.
