Pepper Still Life

in HiveGarden4 years ago (edited)

Everyone good time of day! This year there was a very rich harvest of bell pepper. This vegetable is very useful, in addition to vitamins, it contains micro and macro elements. Its juicy pulp contains potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, magnesium and calcium, as well as fluorine, iodine and copper. Each of them is essential in the normal functioning of the human body and the maintenance of all its vital functions.

I use it to cook many dishes, both raw for salads and garnishes, as well as boiled, stewed and baked. I especially like stuffed stewed peppers with chicken mince and rice.
