✨ It's always a good time to set an intention for the heavens and plant some seeds in Mother Earth.
Whether it's in season or out of season, there's always something to learn. Sometimes nothing happens, and there's silence...
But there's also warmth and joy in seeing that flower bloom one morning, stepping out onto the patio for a cup of tea; it can brighten your day.
Siempre es buen momento para intencionar al cielo y plantar algunas semillas en la madre tierra. Dentro o fuera de temporada, el aprendizaje siempre está. A veces nada sucede y hay silencios... Pero tambien hay calor y gloria en ver esa flor abrirse una mañana, saliendo al patio a tomar un té, puede alegrarte el día.
☀️ What seeds are you excited about this season?
Like every year, I love planting my medicinal cannabis seeds in my backyard. Legally approved, registered users are allowed to have up to 9 flowering plants.
This year, I selected the best varieties from my previous harvests. The characteristics that motivate me most to replant the same strains are, besides the amount of resin produced and its effects, the flavor and then the size of the plant.
Some varieties, like Joanne’s CBD from Royal Queen Seeds, combine a lot of resin with large plants. The same goes for Somango from Soma Seeds.
Others, like Pink Lemonade from Lit Farms, are very small plants, but unforgettably delicious.
This year, I hope to achieve a good combination of flavors and effects to produce better medicinal oils.

¿Qué semillas te entusiasman esta temporada?
Como todos los años, me encanta plantar mis semillas de cannabis medicinal, en el patio de mi casa. Aprobadas legalmente, se permite a los usuarios registrados tener hasta 9 plantas en floracion.
Este año, hice una seleccion de las mejores variedades de mis cosechas anteriores. Las caracterissticas que mas me motivan a volver a plantar una misma genetica son, ademas de la cantidad de resina producida y sus efectos, el sabor y luego el tamaño de la planta.
Algunas variedades como Joanne’s CBD de Royal Queen Seeds reunen mucha resina y gran tamaño de plantas. Al igual que Somango de Soma Seeds.
Otras como Pink Lemonade, de Lit Farms, son plantas muy pequeñas, pero inolvidablemente deliciosas.
Este año espero lograr una buena combinacion de sabores y efectos para lograr mejores aceites medicinales.
🌲 Do you have any tips for growing cannabis plants from seed?
It's best to start with a very light substrate. I use the following composition:
25% worm castings
25% perlite and vermiculite
50% potting soil
¿Tienes algún consejo para cultivar plantas de cannabis a partir de semillas?
Lo mejor es partir de un sustrato muy liviano. Yo uso la siguiente composicion:
25% humus de lombriz
25% perlita y vermiculita
50% tierra negra.

I have a big bucket of worm castings and I sprinkle it around my new seedlings. I love worms so much!
