It is! As for taste, however... I was told it was supposed to taste like broccoli, but I found it tasted mostly like radish. Spicy radishes!
... Or maybe I have a Doberman palate ^^
That said, next time I'll try it with sunflower seeds. I've read that it should taste nutty. So perfect for salads!
