Happy Sunday to all my Hive friends! I'm grateful to share a new post here in the #HiveGarden community where I'll be sharing how I transplanted a cactus plant that my mom saw at my grandmother's house. She asked if I could do her the favor of transplanting it into a pot, and since it's been a bit sick these past few weeks, I said yes. But there was a small problem: I first needed to find some potting soil to help it grow.

I had to find that soil at my grandmother's house in a construction bucket, and as you can see in the photos, there was a good amount of it, so it was easy to get there and start the transplanting process.

I began by putting some soil at the base and then a little water to make it easier to create a space where I placed the cactus. Then I continued adding soil until it was covered, not completely, but fairly well, before moving it to my mom's house to join the other plants in the small space we have.

It looks happy in its new potting soil!
