Welcome to my blog

Hello #Hivegarden. Happy Sunday, I had a few minutes today to answer week 34's question.

Question:

Does it rain a lot in your garden? What's the impact of that? Is it raining at the moment? How do you manage garden jobs in the rain? If you're longing for rain, where do you live and how do you manage a lack of water? Do you have a rainwater catchment infrastructure eg water tanks?

This Thursday, just when this invitation from #hivegardenqotw arrived, it was pouring down, 03 days of rain in a row.

The whole month of October and so far in November has been rainy, but the sun has intensified too much, from 11 am to 4 pm, the sun burns the skin. Every day I accompany my daughter to the bus stop at 1:00 in the afternoon, I had to choose to protect my body, wearing a jacket and a cap.
When I lived in another sector the water supply was totally null, from there, I have opted to harvest rainwater and when I am in the country house, there through canals two tanks are filled, 17 thousand liters are stored. The 5,000 liter tank is filled in two days of heavy rain.

Now, in the new house, in another sector, the supply is weekly, however, I fill some extra containers with rainwater to water the plants to extend the drinking water.

I love it when it rains because rainwater is an elixir for my plants, I always try to be at home, so I can correct the roof leaks. And if there is a lot of wind, I always try to pick up the shredded plants.

There have been three days without rain, at night the weather has been cool, but the sun continues to be strong. Doing this post I am washing clothes taking advantage of the sun and as there is water supply, so much the better.

I love your garden and it's obvious it enjoys adequate water supply.

My parents had two 20,000 litre tanks. I wish I had at least 10,000!!!
