All looks good! My tip for growing kale and any other crucifers: they are attacked by aphids when water-stressed so make sure that they are in enough soil, pots usually don't cut it. You should water regularly during hot, dry spells even if they don't show signs of wilting and they won't be troubled again, the little hoverflies and parasitic wasps will keep the aphids under control.
