Hello, everyone! I'm glad to welcome you to my blog, which marks my first step into the gardening environment community post. I've wanted to share ideas on our farm activities for a long time, but finding the time has been tough. Fortunately, that moment has arrived.
What you're watching is our coconut farm, built eight years ago. Currently, we are planning to extend the coconut field area. We've carefully selected a portion for producing grasses, which will serve as feed for cattle. Another portion is dedicated to vegetable production, while the remaining space is carefully allotted for the planting of new coconut palms, maintaining the proper distance for maximum coconut tree development.
As summer began and the hot heat has grown cruel, we've found some relief in cooling our thirst with the refreshing tender coconut water. The charming experience does not stop there; we also enjoy the delicious flavor of coconut flesh, which provides some pleasant relief from the heat. I am sure the visual is interesting, isn't it?
The area before you has coconut trees planted along the boundaries, similar to the road boundary shown in the image above. During my school holidays, I used to come here in the afternoons to cool down. Sitting under these trees provided an enjoyable and refreshing escape from the extreme temperatures of the inside home.
My grandfather built two water borewells for irrigation, and these wells filled the water storage tank in approximately twelve hours. Interestingly, we converted this water tank into a temporary swimming pool. Those were precious moments, and I have a special connection to the amazing memories made there.
