I had tomato and basil pasta last night - there's something amazing about garden to plate, right? Add a bit of fresh grown chilli to that and I'm in HEAVEN! Tbh I don't like pasta. I cook it because my parter loves it. Surprisingly, when I added basils and tomatoes into it, I fell in love. As you said there must be some thing special about garden to plate. Now I make pasta every week as the garden is in peak time.
The weather was terrible yesterday so I spent most of my morning looking after my garden. Hopefully, I will have more to update next month. Have a lovely weekend.
