I like that little trick of using banana stem to give shade to your plants. I generally use bits of shade net to protect my plants from the summer heat. Hope you get a great harvest.

I have no net to use as shade for plants that's why I used banana trunks just to protect my plants.

natural option which could also double up as fertilizer as it dries and becomes compost. Have a great day.
