I work with food everyday being retired and 70 years old. I love to cook and grow my own food so that it keeps me agile and young at heart. I grow enough for my family and share some with the neighbors with what comes out of my small garden, which amazingly is a lot. Years ago, we grew perennials, annuals, and vegetables and hauled them to the market every week. That was enough for me!
