I love how huge your rhubarb plants are. Mine is small yet in its second year. I would love to make a BBQ sauce out of it; that sounds wonderful. Your raised beds should make your gardening much easier at that height. I would like to add another layer to two of mine, maybe in the fall. All the plants look great and should start taking off with the warmer weather. Yay!
I've had that rhubarb plant for several years. It must love where it is planted, because it has gotten huge!
