RE: Tending to My Plants: Harvesting, Saving Seeds, and Homemade Tomato Ketchup

I love how you made the most of your garden harvest! Growing and preserving your own food is so rewarding and that homemade tomato ketchup sounds delicious. It’s great that you’re also saving seeds for next season such a smart and sustainable habit!

Thank you, I am pleased. Yes, it's rewarding to grow and preserve our own food, and it is a thing that most people don't practice anymore as we become dependent on shop-bought goods, but it is ever so easy to do and can be preserved naturally. And, yes, I save seeds. They are getting pricey nowadays, as long as it is well dried and in a tight container, they can be saved for up to 10 years in the fridge or 5 years in the cupboard.
