So I pushed myself to draw this in one sitting to actuly draw in a day. As a result there's a lot of little issues, like the line work of the bricks and isn't exactly great and the roof doesn't entirely make sense. But I've been trying to loosen up and not sweat the small stuff so much so I think this is a step in the right direction.
Here's the process
I originally was gonna have muffins but ended up with two things of mugs.
Then some basic colours
I redid the line work a bit cause I wasn't happy with it and honestly I'm not sure if I actully improved anything. I think it woud have looked better if I'd done a few odd brick patterns to suggest the shape of them rather than tryingto do all of them.
Then I added the light from the windows and some details.
Then a smattering of snow.

This is very cozy and warm. The odd brick worked for me and that light from the window too. I love reading about your process that makes it more human 😉 I can relate to little challenges we may encounter as we try to do drawing challenges like this.
