Hello guys,
We are already on Day 3 of my Elftober challenge, and today’s prompt is Autumn Treasure. Am I bored early? well I found myself almost getting bored with my usual pinks and purples, so I decided to switch it up completely for this elf. Since this is going to be a month-long thing, I definitely don't want to bore myself or anyone following along with just one elf look or color palette. Instead of my Joyful Elf look this little guy is wearing all the cozy autumn colors look at that perfect leaf he found I really love how this warm palette with the creams and golds, works with my soft outlines. Who knows what color I'll try tomorrow
Here is how I made this elf
I stick with my line drawing guide using those three circles as you can see here. The bent knees and clasped hands are really not my thing spent a lot of time getting them right.
The leaf is easier to draw of course but I am glad I was able to finish the elf making sure it is still coherent with the previous.
This is the part that still shows the pinks and purples and blue hair it is kind of getting old already glad I switched.

Elftober is my personal art challenge running throughout October, where I create a new elf drawing every day.
