Hello guys,
Day 6 of my personal Elftober challenge, and the prompt is Borrowed Things. Elves sometimes borrow little human items right? Well, one of the most useful things they could borrow from a sewing box is a thimble. Unfortunately for this little cheeky elf, he tried to use it as a makeshift rain bucket hat when the rain drip drop from the forest canopy. It is not exactly working out for him, is it? I love how the warm color combo of orange and deep green turned out, especially against the bright blue thimble, it really highlights his perfectly soggy expression.
Here are some images to show the stages of the drawing:
Here are the prompts for this week you may use if you want to take part in this whimsical challenge:

Elftober is my personal art challenge running throughout October, where I create a new elf drawing every day. Inspired by the popular Inktober event, Elftober is my own initiative to focus specifically on the magical and whimsical world of elves. My goal is to draw one piece of art featuring an elf for all 31 days of the month, using a custom prompt list to spark my creativity and help me explore my drawing style. It's a fun way for me to celebrate the magical autumn season with my favorite pointy-eared friends
