Greetings, dear Hivers and members of the Be Entrepreneur community.
Since the community was born, we have worked under the entrepreneurial vision of establishing alliances to support and recognize the work of content creators who energize our community activity and who contribute from their experience and formal knowledge to the entrepreneurial work, helping us to strengthen our ventures inside and outside Hive.
Today we have a great opportunity: to project our work as Content Creators through the initiative The Author of the Week, a proposal made by our friends @ocd, @blocktrades, @theycallmedan and @leofinance.
The initiative, The Author of the Week, aims to promote on Twitter the best article published in each participating community with four specific purposes:
1.- Stimulate the creation of quality content in the various communities.
2.- To capture potential creators of specialized content through Twitter.
3.- To create a dynamic of participation through surveys where the members of the community are involved in the selection of the author of the week.
4.- Stimulate the participation of hivers during the weekend.
To achieve these objectives the communities must follow some steps, if you want to know them enter the link of the initiative. Here are the guidelines that we, as a community, will follow to select The Author of the Week:
How to become the Author of the Week?
Base your article on experience, on the application of acquired knowledge, strive to give value to your content.
Publish from the Be Entrepreneur community.
The article must contain more than 500 words in each language; English-Spanish.
On Fridays the community will publish a post announcing the winner of the week and will present the four nominated articles for the following week along with a poll for you to vote for the one you think should be the winner. Voting closes Sunday night - it's a great idea to have a say, because all of us in the community can vote for that one great post we think is the best.
This Friday April 28th we start with this initiative. We invite you to actively participate by creating quality content and supporting excellence with your vote.
The prize
The creators of the initiative @ocd, @blocktrades, @theycallmedan and @leofinance will vote for the weekly post submitted by the community with the nominees to be "Author of the Week" and the winner will receive 60% of the rewards obtained. In addition, the winning article will be promoted on Twitter.
The initiative is a great opportunity designed from a win-win equation. With it, we project hive, is as content creators and the community in which we are active and that is participating in it.

Desde que nació la comunidad hemos trabajado bajo la visión emprendedora de establecer alianzas para apoyar y reconocer el trabajo de los creadores de contenido que dinamizan nuestra actividad comunitaria y que aportan desde la experiencia y el conocimiento formal el quehacer emprendedor, ayudándonos a fortalecer nuestros emprendimientos dentro y fuera de Hive.
Hoy se nos presenta una gran oportunidad: Proyectar nuestro trabajo como Creadores de Contenido a través de la iniciativa El Autor de la Semana, propuesta que realizan los amigos de @ocd, @blocktrades, @theycallmedan y @leofinance.
La iniciativa, El Autor de la Semana, tiene como objetivo promover en Twitter el mejor artículo publicado en cada comunidad participante con cuatro finalidades puntuales:
1.- Estimular la creación de contenidos de calidad en las diversas comunidades.
2.- Captar potenciales creadores de contenido especializados a través de Twitter.
3.- Crear una dinámica de participación a través de encuestas donde los miembros de la comunidad se impliquen en la selección del autor de la semana.
4.- Estimular la participación de los hivers durante el fin de semana.

¿Cómo convertirte en el Autor de la Semana?
Basa tu artículo en la experiencia, en la aplicación de conocimientos adquiridos, esmérate en darle valor a tu contenido.
Publica desde la comunidad Be Entrepreneur.
El artículo debe contener más de 500 palabras en cada idioma; inglés-español.
Los viernes la comunidad publicará un post anunciando al ganador de la semana y presentará los cuatro artículos postulados para la siguiente semana junto a una encuesta para que votes por aquel que consideras debe ser el ganador. La votación cierra el domingo en la noche. ¡Es genial esta idea de tener voz y voto!, pues todos los miembros de la comunidad podemos votar por ese excelente post que consideramos el mejor.
Este viernes 28 de abril comenzamos con esta iniciativa. Te invitamos a participar activamente creando contenido de calidad y apoyando con tu voto la excelencia.
El premio
Los creadores de la iniciativa @ocd, @blocktrades, @theycallmedan y @leofinance votarán el post semanal que presenta la comunidad con los postulados a ser “El autor de la Semana” y de las recompensas obtenidas el 60% lo recibirá el ganador. Adicional a ello, el artículo ganador será promocionado en Twitter.
La iniciativa es una gran oportunidad pensada desde la ecuación ganar-ganar. Con ella proyectamos a hive, a nosotros como creadores de contenido y a la comunidad en la que somos activos y que se encuentre participando en la misma.
