La importancia radica en tener una mentalidad de éxito, pero esta no es por si sola, se debe forjar; Para ello el propio yo, ese que quiere y esta en su propia capacidad de emprender debe distinguir entre emprendedores exitosos y menos exitosos y surge la interrogante ¿Cómo se logra esto? todo esta en su mentalidad. La mentalidad del éxito no es algo que se tenga o no se tenga, sino que es una actitud que se puede cultivar y desarrollar a lo largo del tiempo.
Pensar y actuar como emprendedor, es como un juego pero a la verdad de la vida que tiene sus implicaciones, en ensayo y error, buscando que el fallo no siempre sea el resultado, sin embargo es necesario para lograr un aprendizaje efectivo en medio del proceso hacia el éxito que se quiere alcanzar.
El pensamiento lo envuelve todo, si crees que puedes lo lograras, pero si piensas en que no puedes, simplemente estas escribiendo la historia desde el principio en un pozo sin fin directo al fracaso aun sin haberlo intentado. Todo puede pasar, pero pensar en que si existen pros y contras no es que simplemente eso determine lo que sucederá; El ser humano y su pensamiento es como una planta, al regarse pues ella crece, con el cuidado necesario, del mismo modo la mentalidad del éxito, si cultivas la mentalidad de emprendedor exitoso ¿Qué se esta cultivando? EXITO desde la semilla, desde la raíz, desde la primera gota de agua en que se confió para que este crezca.
Pensamientos de un emprendedor exitoso
Existen muchos aspectos que ayudan a ser un emprendedor de éxito, se mencionaran algunos que ayudaran en el proceso de cada Hivers que emprende hoy y el que esta por emprender:
▹ Los emprendedores exitosos tienen una mentalidad de crecimiento, no de estanque. Significa creer que ese éxito depende en gran medida de la capacidad para aprender, crecer y mejorar constantemente. En lugar de pensar que ya han llegado a su límite, esto se trata de desafiarse a sí mismos a mejorar continuamente y a aprender de los errores.
▹ Centrarse en la capacidad mental para perseverar a pesar de los fracasos. Los fracasos son inevitables en el mundo empresarial, tanto de las Pymes o de las grandes empresas con mayor posicionamiento, pero si se quiere el éxito, solo se deben ver los fracasos como oportunidades para aprender y mejorar. En lugar de darse por vencidos cuando las cosas se ponen difíciles, continúan trabajando duro y buscando soluciones creativas para superar los obstáculos.
▹ El manejo del fracaso las personas en su mayoría no lo saben llevar y este puede ser la consecuencia no deseada para abandonarlo todo, pero, no se debe tender a ver los fracasos como algo personal y tirarlo todo por estar desanimados cuando las cosas no salen bien; Los emprendedores exitosos ven los fracasos como una oportunidad para aprender y mejorar, y están dispuestos a tomar riesgos y a seguir adelante incluso cuando las cosas no salen como se esperaban.
Un ejemplo de la vida real esta en la propia vida de un emprendedor, como ejemplo mas claro el del Venezolano, muchos con grandes negocios en una crisis tan grande, ¿Qué hicieron? cerraron sus puertas y aquel que persevero, que se mantuvo, aun con un solo articulo, ahora está, permanece y pertenece a esos negocios que de una u otra forma siguen en la lucha y surgieron a pesar del fracaso financiero. Es la determinación a no dejarse vencer aun en la peor circunstancia. Y como este, muchos en el mundo.
▹Mentalidad del éxito es esencial para: El crecimiento, ver oportunidades, aprender y mejorar, entre otros aspectos del pensamiento. Como emprendedor ese pensamiento los llevara al siguiente nivel empresarial, en el área en la que tengan la motivación para dar el paso al futuro.
Cómo no debes pensar si quieres ser emprendedor exitoso
Como sabemos el pensamiento lo es todo, si se vive pensando en un NO PUEDO en TODO, entonces, eso es lo que pasara, no habrá nada.
▹Es difícil para mi. Al pensar que el negocio es muy difícil, desde el principio ya estamos predestinado eso, sin darse la oportunidad siquiera de intentar.
▹Jamás he trabajado en eso. Nadie en la vida nace aprendido, todo se aprende, no importa la edad el momento es ahora y se debe aprovechar.
▹Me hace falta mas gente. Para iniciar un negocio, esto puede ser con una sola persona, mientras se estudia en general el plan de acción completo que ayudara a prosperar. SE inicia solo y luego puede incluir personal.
▹Todos tiene ese negocio. El que el vecino, el de la esquina tenga el mismo negocio no quiere decir que el que se quiera poner en marcha no funcione, al contrario hay una demanda mayor por parte de todos y es donde nace la competitividad de forma sana.
Cada emprendedor debe poner de su parte en el pensamiento que lo llevara al éxito, no naces siendo exitoso, esta claro, que algunos tienen mejores oportunidades que otros, pero también es cierto que muchos no la saben aprovechar y es donde el que quiere puede y lo hace con prioridades.
Para mis queridos amigos que hoy emprenden y por los que se están animando, piensen en grande porque nada cae del cielo, logren tocar su cielo con la lucha diaria.

Buenos días @cindycam mientras te leía recordé a una querida amiga que le decía a un amigo común: —Bajas la santamaría antes de abrirla— Haciendo referencia a su pensamiento negativo para cualquier proyecto de emprendimiento.
Convengo contigo que el pensamiento y la actitud son dos elementos que como emprendedores debemos estar revisando constantemente, pues son ellos los que desde nuestro interior nos impulsan a emprender y seguir adelante.
