Iniciar un emprendimiento ese negocio de nuestros sueños o aquello en lo que nos vemos obligados bajo ciertas circunstancias, no es fácil, pero tampoco imposible. solemos vernos en muchos espejos, en el del éxito o en el fracaso, y esto se debe a que no estamos acostumbrados a salir de la zona de confort por así llamarlo, sin embargo ¿Qué nos cuesta intentarlo?.
La decisión nace de una necesidad y es imperativo hacerlo si queremos lograr algo grande, ese algo que es propio y por lo que se quiere luchar, ese motor, ese motivo que no es ajeno y por el que se debe hacer lo imposible para lograr subir cada vez mas un escalón.
De empleado a emprendedor
Ser empleado, es bueno, claro que si, debes cumplir el rol asignado, dominar un cargo o varios dependiendo del caso, y es una responsabilidad aun cuando el negocio no es nuestro, pero, al ser contratados , el empleador también depende en cierta parte de ese "empleado" y nosotros buscamos la manera de rendir al 100 % cuando el trabajo es lo que nos gusta y por obvias razones, en las que el dinero es necesario para cubrir las necesidades del hoy.
Cuando somos empleados recibimos ordenes, eso es normal, estamos sujetos a directrices que son fundamentales para cumplir con esos lineamientos de la empresa y a los cuales no podemos replicar muchas veces, por el contrato, porque el reglamento es así y porque las reglas están para cumplirse y mas aun si se han aceptado.
Pero, ¿Qué pasa si puedes rendir no el 100% sino mas y en tu propio negocio, no seria fascinante?
Cuando se quiere lograr, solo hacen falta las ganas y por supuesto el capital, porque hoy en día requerimos del dinero para hacer una mínima o grande inversión, sin embargo comenzar de a poco es viable; Estudiando el mercado y como llegar al cliente. Hay muchos negocios y todos lo trabajan de diferentes maneras, lo ideal es enfocarse sin pensar en otros emprendimientos y de esta forma rendir mas. El pensamiento es super importante, el animo en querer hacer que funcione y ponerlo en marcha.
Pensando en grande, porque los sueños también se hacen realidad de una forma que a veces ni imaginamos, ni asemejan a la grandeza que se puede llegar a lograr con solo tomar una decisión.
Convertirnos en Emprendedores es una dedicación total a ese sueño para lograr una de las tantas metas, porque no solo se va por una, son muchas y cuando una se alcanza, entonces perseverar aunque el camino sea con tropiezos es un merito a ese esfuerzo de darnos la oportunidad de intentarlo.
Experiencia propia - De empleado a emprendedor
La idea de esta experiencia a compartir y en el tema en general, como es el motivarnos y dejar de ser un empleado y ser un emprendedor.
Absolutamente nada es de la noche a la mañana, no es como que nos levantamos hoy y decimos ya no quiero trabajarle a otra persona, siempre hay señales y pensamientos rondándonos y es allí donde vamos formulando ideas de lo que queremos y esperamos, sabemos que el futuro es incierto, pero, darnos la oportunidad de hacer algo diferente y productivo vale la pena, si sabemos aprovechar los recursos y las posibilidades, por mínimas que sean, todas cuentan.
Hablar con base en nuestra propia experiencia es lo que ayuda a otras personas a tomar un buen impulso, y evaluar los pros y contras del momento actual y del presente venidero; cada uno hará lo que mejor le parezca y de la forma en que se pueda, estudiando principalmente cuales son las oportunidades al dejar el trabajo como empleado y convertirse en un emprendedor.
En mi caso, me prepare como Ingeniero e inicie mis labores en una empresa constructora, por varios años, me encantaba mi trabajo, algo nuevo, diferente, debo decir, que no estaba empapada en absoluto en el tema de Ingeniería civil a tal punto como para dirigir, pero se trata precisamente de prepararse y avanzar, asumí ese reto, con el pasar del tiempo, no es que el trabajo en el área de la construcción no me gustara, al contrario aun me gusta y es bonito aprender cada día mas, sin embargo, las circunstancias de la vida, me hicieron tomar una decisión y fue la de abandonar, en busca de una mejor calidad de vida para ese momento donde la remuneración no era la misma y en donde se debía hacer maromas para tener un sueldo que sustentara las necesidades por lo menos básicas. Puedo decir, que sentí miedo por supuesto que si, pero, si creía en mi y en lo que había logrado, por que no hacer algo mas y dar ese paso, con decisión firme, así lo hice, deje el trabajo y comencé hacer diferentes cosas, sin dejarme vencer, cae la pandemia y el salir de casa habitualmente se torno complicado, y surge el negocio fijo por decirlo, mi tienda online donde me enfoque totalmente y en la que hoy en día puedo decir: SI SE PUEDE y ME LO DEBO A MI. Uno de los momentos mas fuertes y en el cual no nos cruzamos de brazos, mas bien es pensar diariamente como hago, como vendo, como llamo la atención del cliente, manejo estos precios y puedo continuar, sin caer en no puedo hacerlo porque es difícil, todo absolutamente todo es difícil, pero no intentarlo lo es mucho mas.
Entonces, aferrarnos a un trabajo que quizás ya no es lo que nos gusta o que sentimos que ya no es lo mismo, puede quedar atrás y empezar de nuevo.
Consejos prácticos para hacer la transición con éxito
Hacer la transición de empleado a emprendedor puede ser una experiencia emocionante, pero también puede ser desafiante. Si eres como yo, y muchas personas que han dejado un trabajo estable dentro de lo que cabe para convertirse en empresarios, probablemente sientas un poco de ansiedad e incertidumbre en cuanto a cómo manejar esta transición.
Comparto algunos consejos prácticos para que la transición sea lo mas llevadera posible:
| ▸ En primer lugar. No vas a morir en el intento, lo cierto es que de una u otra forma hay que prepararse financieramente para el cambio, porque requiere de inversión. Si vas a comenzar tu propio negocio, es importante que tengas un fondo de emergencia, parte de la liquidación o algo para cubrir los gastos mientras te estableces. Además, asegúrate de tener un presupuesto claro y realista para tu negocio y que sepas cuánto dinero necesitas para empezar y mantener tu empresa, esta iniciativa de a poco y luego se hace mas grande. | ▸ En segundo lugar. Aprovechar las habilidades y experiencia previas. Como por ejemplo en mi caso, como ingeniero industrial, habilidades valiosas en áreas como la planificación, organización y ejecución de proyectos. Asegúrate de identificar y capitalizar estas habilidades en tu nuevo negocio. Todos somos capaces, solo debemos querer hacerlo. |
| ▸En tercer lugar. La búsqueda de contactos, con los que puedas familiarizarte de acuerdo a lo que decidas emprender. Aquellos que puedan guiarte y darte consejos sobre cómo hacer crecer tu empresa; sin embargo puedes estudiarlo, capacitarte por cuenta propia y hacer tu negocio el de tus sueños, sin terceros. | ▸ En cuarto lugar. Siempre mantener una mentalidad positiva y proactiva. Es normal sentirse estresado al emprender, pero esto es así, estás construyendo algo que es tuyo y que tienes el control de tu futuro. Mantén una actitud positiva incluso cuando las cosas parezcan difíciles, tu sonrisa futura valdrá la pena. |
Queridos amigos de esta maravillosa comunidad, mi consejo, no se desanimen por nada, ya que construir una casa no se logra en un solo día, ni con un solo bloque, entonces, así mismo deben ser las ganas, si tiene tu trabajo estable y también un emprendimiento, muy bien, también es una excelente idea; si decidiste emprender también felicitaciones, porque el primer paso es el mas difícil y la idea es continuar.

Being an employee is good, of course yes, you must fulfill the assigned role, master one position or several depending on the case, and it is a responsibility even when the business is not ours, but, when being hired, the employer also depends to a certain extent of that "employee" and we look for a way to give 100% when work is what we like and for obvious reasons, in which money is necessary to cover today's needs.
When we are employees we receive orders, that is normal, we are subject to guidelines that are essential to comply with those company guidelines and to which we cannot replicate many times, due to the contract, because the regulations are like that and because the rules are to be followed and even more if they have been accepted.
But, What if you can deliver not 100% but more and in your own business, wouldn't that be amazing?
When you want to achieve it, you only need the will and of course the capital, because today we need money to make a minimum or large investment, however starting small is viable; Studying the market and how to reach the client. There are many businesses and they all work in different ways, the ideal is to focus without thinking about other ventures and thus perform more. The thought is super important, the encouragement in wanting to make it work and start it up.
Thinking big, because dreams also come true in a way that sometimes we cannot even imagine, nor do they resemble the greatness that can be achieved with just making a decision.
Becoming Entrepreneurs is a total dedication to that dream to achieve one of the many goals, because you don't just go for one, there are many and when one is achieved, then persevering even though the path is bumpy is a merit to that effort to give ourselves the chance to try.
Own experience - From employee to entrepreneur
The idea of this experience to share and on the topic in general, how is it to motivate ourselves and to stop being an employee and to be an entrepreneur.
Absolutely nothing is overnight, it is not like we get up today and say I no longer want to work for someone else, there are always signs and thoughts around us and that is where we formulate ideas of what we want and hope for, clearly the future It is uncertain, but giving ourselves the opportunity to do something different and productive is worth it, if we know how to take advantage of resources and possibilities, however minimal they may be, they all count.
Speaking based on our own experience is what helps other people to take a good momentum, and evaluate the pros and cons of the current moment and the coming present; each one will do what they think is best and in the way they can, mainly studying what are the opportunities when leaving work as an employee and becoming an entrepreneur.
In my case, I trained as an Engineer and started my work in a construction company, for several years, I loved my job, something new, different, I must say, that I was not soaked at all in the subject of Civil Engineering to such an extent as to direct, but it is precisely about preparing and moving forward, I took on that challenge, with the passing of time, it is not that I did not like working in the construction area, on the contrary, I still like it and it is nice to learn more every day, however, the circumstances of life, made me make a decision and it was to leave, in search of a better quality of life for that moment where the remuneration was not the same and where you had to do somersaults to have a salary that supports at least basic needs. I can say that I was afraid, of course I was, but if I believed in myself and what I had achieved, why not do something else and take that step, with a firm decision, I did so, I quit work and started doing different things things, without letting me win, the pandemic falls and leaving the house habitually becomes complicated, and the permanent business arises, so to speak, my online store where I totally focus and in which today I can say: SI SE PUEDE and I OWE IT TO ME. One of the strongest moments and one in which we do not cross our arms, rather it is to think daily how I do, how I sell, how I get the customer's attention, I manage these prices and I can continue, without falling into I can't do it because it's difficult, absolutely everything is difficult, but not trying is much more difficult.
So, clinging to a job that perhaps is no longer what we like or that we feel is no longer the same, can be left behind and start over.
Tips for making the transition successfully
Making the transition from employee to entrepreneur can be an exciting experience, but it can also be challenging. If you're like me, and so are many people who have left a steady job to become entrepreneurs, you're probably feeling a little anxious and uncertain about how to handle this transition.

Dejar lo "estable" por la "incertidumbre" es un paso que no todos están dispuestos a dar, aun cuando sientan que su actividad laboral actual no es lo deseable y que están convencidos que pueden hacer algo mejor, pero... el miedo paraliza esa es una realidad.
