It's interesting how you analyze the two definition. Reading your post made me smile and made me remember posts from different users. Unfortunately entrepreneur does not mean the same thing everywhere. In underdeveloped countries for example everyone, who has a small workshop at the back of the house is entrepreneur, while for us that means a legal business.
