El post de hoy en la comunidad me generó una pregunta desde que leí sobre esta iniciativa la cual me hizo dudar sobre si realmente mi tiempo en HIVE y el trabajo que estoy haciendo aquí lo convierte en un emprendimiento el cual no había identificado de ninguna manera, para ser realmente honesto con ustedes.

La pregunta inicial sobre esta iniciativa recae en el identificar, según nuestro criterio, si verdaderamente nuestro blog en HIVE puede ser considerado un emprendimiento; ya de entrada comencé a dudar mientras leía el post con las indicaciones y mientras más lo leía, más me daba cuanta de que no le había dado una definición al tiempo que estoy invirtiendo actualmente aquí en HIVE.
The initial question about this initiative falls on, according to our criteria, to identify if our blog in HIVE can truly be considered a venture; From the outset I began to doubt while reading the post with the instructions and the more I read it, the more I realized that I had not given a definition to the time that I am currently investing here in HIVE.
Conforme finalicé de leer el post, logré entender que efectivamente mi tiempo, mi trabajo, mi creatividad y todo lo que he creado, preparado y expuesto en HIVE es mi emprendimiento y todo lo noté gracias a esta iniciativa; estuvo frente a mis ojos desde el momento en el que decidí entrar de lleno en crear contenido que me gustara y que tuviera calidad y valor para que otros pudieran conocer una parte de lo que me gusta hacer.
As I finished reading the post, I managed to understand that indeed my time, my work, my creativity and everything I have created, prepared and exhibited in HIVE is my entrepreneurship and I noticed everything thanks to this initiative; It was in front of my eyes from the moment I decided to fully enter into creating content that I liked and that had quality and value so that others could get to know a part of what I like to do.

Todos cuando comenzamos en HIVE lo hicimos por diferentes motivos, pero el más conocido fue que supimos que podíamos monetizar nuestro contenido y muchos iniciaron creyendo que sería sencillo pero solo lo es, cuando realmente tienes claro lo que harás aquí, en cuanto con contenido.
When we all started in HIVE we did it for different reasons, but the best known was that we knew that we could monetize our content and many started believing that it would be simple but it is only when you really know what you are going to do here, in terms of content.
Particularmente no creí que fuese posible que el contenido que yo creara pudiera ser monetizado pero cuando supe por medio de una amiga de la Universidad, decidimos entrar todos y el único que continua haciendo contenido en HIVE soy yo; creo que vi la oportunidad de hacer lo que he querido hacer por mucho tiempo, solo que no había encontrado el lugar indicado para hacerlo.
I didn't particularly believe that it was possible that the content I created could be monetized, but when I found out through a friend from the University, we all decided to enter and the only one who continues to make content in HIVE is me; I think I saw an opportunity to do what I've wanted to do for a long time, I just hadn't found the right place to do it.
La creatividad y libertad artística que he descubierto en HIVE me ha permitido salirme un poco de las reglas de mi carrera universitaria. Al entender que la plataforma es mi emprendimiento muchas cosas comienzan a tener sentido y se relacionan directamente con un emprendimiento fuera de HIVE, por eso nunca lo concebí como tal porque no es el formato de emprendimiento que conocemos.
The creativity and artistic freedom that I have discovered in HIVE has allowed me to get a little out of the rules of my university career. Understanding that the platform is my venture many things begin to make sense and are directly related to a venture outside of HIVE, that's why I never conceived it as such because it is not the entrepreneurial format that we know.}

Partiendo de la revelación sobre HIVE como mi emprendimiento, deseo contestar las preguntas expuestas en el post original y haciendo algunas otras de mi parte:
1.- ¿Cómo ha sido tu proceso de crecimiento en la plataforma?

Como todo proceso de crecimiento, existen altas y bajas durante el camino. He aprendido muchas cosas sobre los sitios 3.0 y algunas otras cosas sobre marketing digital que realmente no le había puesto atención porque no eran lo mío o me parecían muy complicadas como para darles la oportunidad de aplicarlas en mis publicaciones y trabajos en HIVE.
Like any growth process, there are ups and downs along the way. I have learned many things about 3.0 sites and some other things about digital marketing that I had not really paid attention to because they were not my thing or seemed too complicated to give them the opportunity to apply them in my publications and works in HIVE .
Ha sido más el crecimiento y la adquisición de conocimientos que cualquier otra cosa. No creí que aprendería tanto al iniciarme aquí pero la realidad fue otra. Todavía hay camino por recorrer y cosas por aprender, así que, el crecimiento sigue estando en constante desarrollo para mi y mi experiencia en HIVE.
It has been more the growth and the acquisition of knowledge than anything else. I didn't think I would learn so much when I started here, but the reality was different. There is still a long way to go and things to learn, so growth is still in constant development for me and my HIVE experience.

2.- ¿Qué estrategias de fortalecimiento y crecimiento le recomendarías al hiver que desea hacer de Hive su emprendimiento?

Cualquiera que desee iniciarse en HIVE debe estar consciente de que no es sencillo al principio, adaptarse de un día para otro no ocurrirá, pero si se investiga previamente la plataforma, las comunidades y los nichos dentro de esas esas comunidades, podrán tener una idea de lo que van a encontrar aquí.
Anyone who wants to start in HIVE must be aware that it is not easy at first, adapting from one day to the next will not happen, but if you previously investigate the platform, the communities and the niches within those communities, you will be able to have an idea of what they are going to find here.
Crear relaciones con otros usuarios y otras comunidades es la clave para lograr encajar dentro de HIVE. Seguimos siendo humanos, no porque estemos detrás de una pantalla escribiendo, tomando fotos y haciendo otras actividades dentro de HIVE, significa que dejaremos de ser y hacer lo que somos fuera de la plataforma; aún sentimos la necesidad de conectar, de conocer gente que comparta la misma pasión que nosotros sobre algo, ahí podemos cultivar esa parte tan importante.
Building relationships with other users and other communities is the key to fitting into HIVE. We are still human, not because we are behind a screen writing, taking photos and doing other activities within HIVE, does it mean that we will stop being and doing what we are outside the platform; we still feel the need to connect, to meet people who share the same passion as us about something, there we can cultivate that important part.
Desde el punto de vista de contenido, comienza a crear algo que te guste, nada más interesante y liberador (artísticamente hablando) que crear algo que fue concebido en base a un gusto personal, esa satisfacción de hablar y explorar sobre algo que realmente nos interesa es lo que nos hará conocer a otros con los mismos intereses e incluso, atraer a otros que tal vez nunca se han sentido atraídos por ese tipo de contenido pero que gracias a la forma en la que haces tu trabajo, lograste acercarlos a tu espacio y pudieron conocer algo nuevo.
From the point of view of content, start creating something you like, nothing more interesting and liberating (artistically speaking) than creating something that was conceived based on personal taste, that satisfaction of talking and exploring about something that really we are interested in is what will make us meet others with the same interests and even attract others who may have never been attracted to that type of content but thanks to the way you do your job, you managed to bring them closer to you. space and were able to discover something new.

3.- ¿Es suficiente la compensación en HIVE como emprendedor?
.
Cuando emprendes por tu cuenta realizas una especie de lista de precios/ingresos que esperas obtener cuando comiences a vender tus productos y/o servicios, lo haces porque ya estableciste previamente lo que te costará hacerlo y lo que deberás invertir para que una vez que vendas, puedas obtener tu inversión de vuelta y una ganancia por tu trabajo hecho, en HIVE funciona casi del mismo modo, según mi persepción.
When you start on your own, you make a kind of list of prices/income that you expect to obtain when you start selling your products and/or services, you do it because you have previously established what it will cost you to do so and what you will have to invest so that once you sell , you can get your investment back and a profit for your work done, in HIVE it works almost the same way, according to my perception.
Emprender en HIVE es la libertad creativa hecha plataforma, puedes crear desde lo más básico hasta lo más loco y absurdo que puedas inventar y puede que funcione y logres obtener una ganancia sustancialmente positiva para ti o puede que ocurra todo lo contrario y todo lo que haya invertido se convierta en pérdida, todo dependerá de el esfuerzo que hagas para no solo crear ese contenido, también de como lo presentas, donde lo presentas, a que hora lo presentas y con que objetivo lo presentas.
Entrepreneurship in HIVE is creative freedom made a platform, you can create from the most basic to the most crazy and absurd thing you can invent and it may work and you can obtain a substantially positive profit for yourself or the opposite may happen and everything you have invested becomes a loss, everything will depend on the effort you make to not only create that content, but also how you present it, where you present it, what time you present it and for what purpose you present it.
Se gana dinero en HIVE para re-invertir en tu emprendimiento y te da la oportunidad de poco a poco ir creciendo como emprendedor(a) y creador(a) de contenido al mismo tiempo.

Agradezco mucho haber llegado a esta conclusión con esta iniciativa de parte de la comunidad de "Be Entrepreneur", fue revelador conocer que el trabajo que vengo haciendo desde hace un año para acá, nuevamente retomando en HIVE, ahora puede ser llamado mi emprendimiento.

Me gusta cuando dices que entiendes que hive sea tu emprendimiento y lo relacionas con un emprendimiento off line, sería interesante trabajar en eso y que nos cuentes como seria tu comparación y pudiéramos entre otros hivers de la comunidad ir haciendo esos descubrimientos. Anímate y me avisas.😜
Otra cosa que me llamo la atención de tu publicación es cuando nos dices “Ha sido más el crecimiento y la adquisición de conocimientos que cualquier otra cosa” al principio es mucho lo que hay que aprender y a veces me siento perdida… 🙁
