For a long time, I have lived with entrepreneurs looking to succeed in their ventures, because I grew up in a family that always did their best to work hard. Because of this, I have seen both success and failure in my family, in my friends and in my own case, and I have learned that in order to succeed, there are a few key things that entrepreneurs need to keep in mind. Here are my top tips for successful entrepreneurship.
For starters you have to have a good idea. If your idea is not good, then you will not succeed. To have a good idea, you must spend time researching, developing an understanding of your market and thinking of unique ideas that can help you excel at what you do, this takes time and effort, because sometimes we feel like we get stuck trying to find a good option.
You also have to be ready to work hard. Establishing and growing a venture is a very difficult task and requires a lot of commitment and also discipline. You will have to put in a lot of time and effort to make sure your venture is in good shape and to build a solid foundation for success, this can sometimes mean not making a profit at first or having some of those days where we might get discouraged.

Otra cosa es que necesitas un buen equipo de personas. Esto es opcional, pero tener un equipo de personas dedicadas y experimentadas a tu lado puede hacer una gran diferencia en tus posibilidades de éxito. También podemos pedir consejo a alguien con más experiencia o una persona en la que puedas confiar para pedirle que vea de manera objetiva lo que estas haciendo. Esto no es tan complicado en estos momentos pues hay muchas maneras de hacerlo y también muchos expertos en el tema que con sólo hablarle de lo que deseas lo plasman.

If you have confidence in your hard work and efforts, then you will be better prepared to face the challenges you will face and you will not give up on your plans as soon as you see that things do not go as expected.
These are the things that I have mainly learned that help us to succeed in a venture. If you follow these tips and stay focused on your idea and your goal, then you will have a better chance of succeeding in your venture. So start working hard, stay confident and despite the bad things that may happen, enjoy the journey as much as you can.
Debes tener paciencia. Establecer y hacer crecer un emprendimiento, como sabemos esto no es algo que suceda de la noche a la mañana. Necesitarás tener paciencia, perseverancia y constancia para asegurarte de que tu emprendimiento tenga éxito a largo plazo, hay que tener muy claro que esto tomará tiempo para así no desanimarnos al punto de dejarlo así, de no seguir intentadolo más y que en este caso si suframos pérdidas, no sólo de ánimo sino también monetarias.
Es importante tener una mentalidad de crecimiento. Para tener éxito, debes estar dispuesto a aprender de tus errores, adaptarte y evolucionar para hacer que tu emprendimiento sea cada vez mejor, esto significa que si alguien nos da una sugerencia, no tenemos que rechazarla o pensar que no será para nada útil, tenerla en mente y considerarla logrará que podamos mejorar, aunque estas sugerencia nos incomoden.
Finalmente, tienes que tener un poco de confianza en ti mismo. Tu éxito como emprendedor es una de las cosas más importantes, a veces nos sentimos incapaces y nos repetimos cosas negativas una y otra vez y no nos damos cuenta de lo mucho que esto nos afecta. Si tienes confianza en tu trabajo duro y en tus esfuerzos, entonces estarás mejor preparado para hacer frente a los desafíos que enfrentarás y no desistiras de tus planes a penas veas que las cosas no salen como esperas.
Estos son las cosas que principalmente he aprendido que nos ayudan a tener éxito en un emprendimiento. Si seguimos estos consejos y te mantienes enfocado en tu idea y en tu objetivo, entonces tendrás una mejor oportunidad de tener éxito en tu emprendimiento. Así que hay que comenzar a trabajar duro, mantener la confianza y pese a lo malo que puede pasar disfrutar lo más que podamos del viaje.
