Mehn! Doing business in Nigeria no be child's play Oooo. It's tough, really tough. You've a high propensity to fail than to succeed.

You must understand that the odds are not in your favor. In fact, the likelihood of failure is much higher than success. Don't get me wrong, you can succeed, but you need to be a step or two ahead of the curve and be ready to face a basin full of obstacles. Forget all the initial 'gragra' and hype. I'm currently working on a project titled, "Feasibility and Viability Report of a Coworking Space in Nigeria," using Lagos State as a case study.

Studied over 20 failed coworking spaces - mehn! e no easy ooo. Doing business in Nigeria is a serious matter. The competition is fierce, the regulatory environment is challenging, and the market is unpredictable.

To survive and thrive in Nigeria, you need to be street-smart, innovative, and proactive. You need to anticipate problems before they occur and have contingency plans in place. You need to build strong relationships with your customers, suppliers, and partners. And most importantly, you need to be patient and ensure you've something fueling your stomach infrastructure as you build.

Again, you can't afford to be complacent or take anything for granted. The competition is fierce, the regulatory environment is challenging, and the market is unpredictable.
