Todos poseemos imaginación, la usamos todos los días, incluso para imaginar qué será lo que almorzaremos. A partir de lo que nuestra imaginación crea, es que surgen infinidad de ideas y proyectos. Algunos más factibles que otros, pero estoy segura que en alguna medida realizables.
Quizás muchos de ustedes, en algún momento de sus vidas, se han preguntado si tienen madera de negociante o si tienen esa vena emprendedora que los pueda guiar a la hora de llevar un proyecto que les genere beneficios monetarios.
Hoy quiero invitarles a responder unas preguntas que les pueden ayudar a resolver ese enigma.
En esta iniciativa de hoy, quiero proponerles que respondan una serie de preguntas y luego nos compartan sus resultados a través de una publicación. ¿Les parece?
¿Puedo ser un emprendedor?
1.- ¿Planificas las cosas, los proyectos, las actividades antes de llevarlas a cabo?
a) No planifico. Prefiero decidir al momento. Que la vida me sorprenda.
b) A veces planifico. Si es un evento importante, lo hago, de resto no suelo hacerlo.
c) Me gusta planificar mis actividades y los proyectos que voy a llevar a cabo. Incluso llevo una agenda.
2.- ¿Eres capaz de aceptar tomar riesgos?
a) Prefiero ir a lo seguro.
b) Si la ocasión lo amerita, me atrevo a tomar el riesgo.
c) Soy aventurero y el riesgo me genera mucha emoción.
3.- ¿Sabes seguir instrucciones o generalmente eres quien decide todo?
a) Me gusta seguir mis ideas, suelen ser las mejores.
b) Puedo seguir instrucciones y aplicar la idea de otra persona si mi idea no es muy viable.
c) Prefiero el equilibrio y, si es un trabajo en equipo, conversar las ideas y elegir una entre todos.
4.- ¿Qué tal eres, a la hora de trabajar en equipo?
a) Casi siempre elijo hacer las cosas solo.
b) Si no hay otra salida, puedo trabajar en equipo, puedo adaptarme y colaborar, pero no es generalmente la forma en la que me gusta trabajar.
c) Considero que el trabajo en equipo da mejores frutos, entre varios las ideas pueden fluir mejor. Me gusta trabajar en equipo.
5.- ¿Te consideras líder?
a) No. Prefiero que otro lleve la batuta y yo colaborar de otra forma.
b) Si la situación lo amerita, puedo guiar y ofrecer mis ideas.
c) Me gusta tomar la iniciativa, ofrecer ideas, innovar y fomentar la acción.
6.- ¿Sabes delegar responsabilidades?
a) Si quiero que las cosas salgan bien, debo encargarme yo.
b) Si es necesario y estoy muy ocupado, puedo delegar algunas actividades.
c) Los demás tienen capacidades asombrosas que me pueden ayudar en muchos sentidos. No soy todopoderoso, delegar es una herramienta que me puede servir de mucho.
7.- ¿Sabes llevar el control de tus finanzas?
a) No. No tengo idea de cómo llevar cuentas.
b) Conozco mis ingresos y mis egresos; sin embargo, no soy muy disciplinado en administrarlos.
c) Llevo muy bien mis cuentas y, de no saberlo, consulto con contadores que me puedan guiar. Soy ahorrador y tengo visión a futuro.
8.- ¿Sabrías lidiar con la competencia?
a) No. Me asusta tener que comparar mis ideas y propuestas con otros. No me gusta competir.
b) No busco competir, pero si se da en el entorno, puedo usar mis herramientas y competir sanamente.
c) No le temo al competir ni a la competencia. Puedo demostrar que lo que ofrezco es de calidad. Me gusta que la competencia me rete.
9.- ¿Cómo enfrentas los problemas?
a) Me paralizan, me angustian y no sé cómo afrontarlos.
b) Me preocupan, sin embargo, si está en mis posibilidades, busco la manera de afrontarlos y encontrarles solución.
c) Soy consciente de que en cada emprendimiento siempre surgirán algunos problemas, ellos forman parte del proceso de crecimiento. Me siento preparado para buscar la mejor solución.
10.- ¿Alguna vez has soñado con tener un emprendimiento?
a) No. La verdad es que nunca se me ha ocurrido alguna idea para emprender.
b) He tenido algunas ideas, pero no las he tomado en cuenta.
c) Sí. Deseo llevarlo a cabo. Mi mente es muy creativa y siento que podría salirme bien.
Analizando las respuestas:
Mayoría de (a):
Si la mayoría de las veces respondiste con la opción (a), entonces te invito a trabajar en tu confianza. Puedes llegar a ser un gran emprendedor, si al confiar más en ti mismo, inviertes en aprender las características más relevantes en un emprendedor, como el liderazgo, la iniciativa, la creatividad, el seguimiento de sus finanzas y la autoconfianza. Por alguna razón realizaste este test, eso quiere decir que por lo menos tienes la intención, así que, si lo quieres, ve por ello.
Mayoría de (b):
Si muchas veces elegiste la opción (b), eso significa que vas por buen camino y que tienes nociones de cómo ser un emprendedor. Lo más probable es que ya lo seas, y que en muchas ocasiones sientes que tu emprendimiento no avanza. Eso es porque aún debes pulir algunas estrategias que te pueden facilitar el éxito. Afianza tus ideas y prepárate en cuanto a finanzas, marketing y competencia se refiere. Ya estás en el camino y paso a paso irás avanzando.
Mayoría de (c):
Tienes madera de emprendedor. Tus habilidades y perspicacia te ayudan a reconocer oportunidades para sacarles el mejor provecho posible. Si aún no has comenzado tu emprendimiento, espero que estos resultados te animen a dar ese paso. Sal de tu zona de confort y comienza tu emprendimiento. Tienes las características de un líder, de una persona creativa e innovadora, te sabes planificar y trabajas bien en equipo. Así que ¡manos a la obra!
Y si ya tienes tu emprendimiento en marcha, felicitaciones. Con perseverancia y aprovechando tus cualidades llegarás muy lejos.

Good morning, friends with ideals, initiative and innovators of Be Entrepreneur. It's a pleasure to be here and share with you, learnings, experiences and more.
We all have imagination, we use it every day, even to imagine what we will have for lunch. From what our imagination creates, countless ideas and projects arise. Some are more feasible than others, but I'm sure that to some extent they are achievable.
Perhaps many of you, at some point in your lives, have wondered if you have the entrepreneurial streak that can guide you when it comes to carrying out a project that will generate monetary benefits.
Today I would like to invite you to answer some questions that may help you to solve this enigma.
In today's initiative, I would like to propose that you answer a series of questions and then share your results with us through a publication. Do you think so?
Can I be an entrepreneur?
1.- Do you plan things, projects, activities before carrying them out?
a) I do not plan. I prefer to decide on the spot. Let life surprise me.
b) Sometimes I do plan. If it is an important event, I do it, otherwise I don't usually do it.
c) I like to plan my activities and the projects I am going to carry out. I even keep an agenda.
2.- Are you able to accept to take risks?
a) I prefer to play it safe.
b) If the occasion calls for it, I dare to take the risk.
c) I am adventurous and risk generates a lot of excitement for me.
3.- Do you know how to follow instructions or are you usually the one who decides everything?
a) I like to follow my ideas, they are usually the best ones.
b) I can follow instructions and apply someone else's idea if my idea is not very viable.
c) I prefer balance and, if it is a team work, to discuss the ideas and choose one among all.
4.- How are you when it comes to working in a team?
a) I almost always choose to do things alone.
b) If there is no other way, I can work in a team, I can adapt and collaborate, but it is not generally the way I like to work.
c) I believe that teamwork is more fruitful, ideas can flow better among several people. I like to work in a team.
5.- Do you consider yourself a leader?
a) No. I prefer that someone else takes the lead and I collaborate in another way.
b) If the situation warrants it, I can guide and offer my ideas.
c) I like to take the initiative, offer ideas, innovate and encourage action.
6.- Do you know how to delegate responsibilities?
a) If I want things to go well, I must take care of them myself.
b) If it is necessary and I am very busy, I can delegate some activities.
c) Others have amazing capabilities that can help me in many ways. I am not all-powerful, delegating is a tool that can serve me well.
7.- Do you know how to keep track of your finances?
a) No. I have no idea how to keep accounts.
b) I know my income and expenses; however, I am not very disciplined in managing them.
c) I keep my accounts very well and, if I don't know how, I consult with accountants who can guide me. I am thrifty and have a vision for the future.
8.- Would you know how to deal with competition?
a) No. I am afraid of having to compare my ideas and proposals with others. I don't like to compete.
b) I do not seek to compete, but if it happens in the environment, I can use my tools and compete in a healthy way.
c) I am not afraid of competing or competition. I can demonstrate that what I offer is of quality. I like to be challenged by the competition.
9.- How do you face problems?
a) They paralyze me, they distress me and I don't know how to face them.
b) They worry me, however, if it is within my possibilities, I look for a way to face them and find a solution.
c) I am aware that in every undertaking there will always be some problems, they are part of the growth process. I feel prepared to look for the best solution.
10.- Have you ever dreamed of having a business?
a) No. The truth is that I have never had any idea to start a business.
b) I have had some ideas, but I have not considered them.
c) Yes. I want to do it. My mind is very creative and I feel that I could do well.
Analyzing the answers:
Majority of (a):
If you answered most of the time with option (a), then I invite you to work on your confidence. You can become a great entrepreneur, if by trusting yourself more, you invest in learning the most relevant characteristics in an entrepreneur, such as leadership, initiative, creativity, following your finances and self-confidence. For some reason you took this test, that means you at least have the intention, so, if you want it, go for it.
Majority of (b):
If many times you chose option (b), that means that you are on the right track and that you have notions of how to be an entrepreneur. Chances are that you already are, and that in many occasions you feel that your venture is not moving forward. That's because you still have to polish some strategies that can facilitate your success. Strengthen your ideas and prepare yourself in terms of finances, marketing and competition. You are already on the way and step by step you will move forward.
Majority of (c):
You have the makings of an entrepreneur. Your skills and insight help you recognize opportunities and make the most of them. If you have not yet started your entrepreneurship, I hope these results encourage you to take that step. Get out of your comfort zone and start your venture. You have the characteristics of a leader, a creative and innovative person, you know how to plan and work well in a team. So let's get to work!
And if you already have your venture underway, congratulations. With perseverance and taking advantage of your qualities you will go far.
