Saludos amigos creativos y emprendedores. Ya casi se acaba el 2023 y estoy segura de que en sus creativas mentes ya hay muchos proyectos para este 2024.
Dando un vistazo al 2023:
Económicamente hablando fue un año de altos y bajos. Quizás con más bajos que altos, pero que gracias a la perseverancia se pudo obtener frutos aun cuando parecía que no habría cosecha.
@damarysvibra, nos invita a analizar las experiencias vividas durante este año, desde el punto de vista de nuestros proyectos y de esta forma reconocer las fortalezas y las debilidades que tuvimos, para así tomar la decisión de qué reforzar, qué mejorar y qué mantener.
Basándome en esa invitación, hice un ejercicio de autorevisión y llegué a varias conclusiones:
- Durante este 2023 siento que no fui 100% efectiva en muchas situaciones a causa de mi salud. Desde enero de este año comencé a sufrir dolores y pinchazos en las piernas, molestias que luego pasaron a las manos también. Qué si la circulación, qué si el sistema nervioso, qué si la glicemia y así sucesivamente he buscado conseguir la causa de estos malestares, sin embargo, eso no me detiene, y en cuanto siento alguna mejoría, retomo mis actividades con más ahínco que nunca. Entonces una de mis principales metas de este 2024 es mantener mi salud en un buen estado que me proporcione bienestar y me permita realizar, con entusiasmo, todas las ideas y proyectos que quiera. Quizás esa no sea una habilidad para fortalecer, pero si quiero hacer cualquier cosa para este nuevo año, tengo que estar saludable.
- También me he propuesto estar más pendiente o ser más disciplinada con los ahorros y la forma de invertir el dinero que obtenemos en la venta de hamburguesas. En un taller para emprendedores nos enseñaron a administrar los ingresos, entre lo que se va a invertir, en lo que se necesita comprar, sí porque sí, y el excedente que serían las ganancias. Sin embargo, no hemos sido muy cuidadosos con eso y muchas veces el dinero que entra se va sin que nos demos cuenta o no queda un excedente que sirva para avanzar o invertir. Así que este año 2024, la administración inteligente del dinero entrante será una premisa.
- En cuanto a publicidad se refiere, reforzaré esa fortaleza, pues me gustan los resultados obtenidos a lo largo del año con las publicidades que hemos hecho a través de las redes sociales y de comunicación. Me dedicaré a realizar más promociones y a crear más propagandas para seguir difundiendo información acerca de los productos que ofrecemos.
- Quiero ampliar el espacio con el que contamos, así que sacarle provecho al garaje de la casa será un objetivo para este año 2024. Aprovechar los espacios, es una buena manera de avanzar.
- Gracias a Dios las comidas que ofrecemos son muy ricas y a los clientes les encantan, entonces me gustaría agregar un nuevo plato, y estamos analizando cuál nos conviene de tres ideas que ya venimos pensando. Entonces, lo más probable es que este 2024 sea un año de nuevos lanzamientos y propuestas.
Siento que prestando atención a mis fortalezas y reforzándolas, el avance será notorio. Por eso, en orden de importancia; salud, administración, proyección, publicidad, y aprovechamiento del espacio, podría decir que ya mencioné los aspectos que he decidido trabajar en este nuevo 2024 y que espero así sea.

Greetings creative and entrepreneurial friends. 2023 is almost over and I am sure that in your creative minds there are already many projects for this 2024.
And speaking of 2024, @damarysvibra, invites us to reflect, through self-evaluation, on the aspects of our actions as entrepreneurs that we have decided to improve or strengthen for this coming new year. It is a very interesting proposal because it helps us to establish our resolutions for this new year, and thus somehow take the first step towards what we want to achieve in our ventures.
Taking a look at 2023:
Financially speaking it was a year of ups and downs. Perhaps with more lows than highs, but thanks to perseverance we were able to obtain fruits even when it seemed that there would be no harvest.
@damarysvibra, invites us to analyze the experiences lived during this year, from the point of view of our projects and in this way recognize the strengths and weaknesses we had, in order to make the decision of what to strengthen, what to improve and what to maintain.
Based on this invitation, I carried out a self-review exercise and came to several conclusions:
- During this 2023 I feel that I was not 100% effective in many situations because of my health. Since January of this year I began to suffer pains and prickling in my legs, discomfort that then passed to my hands as well. What if the circulation, what if the nervous system, what if the glycemia and so on I have sought to get the cause of these discomforts, however, that does not stop me, and as soon as I feel some improvement, I resume my activities with more zeal than ever. So one of my main goals for this 2024 is to keep my health in a good state that provides me with well-being and allows me to carry out, with enthusiasm, all the ideas and projects I want. Maybe that's not a skill to strengthen, but if I want to do anything for this new year, I have to be healthy.
- I have also made a resolution to be more vigilant or disciplined with savings and how to invest the money we get from selling hamburgers. In a workshop for entrepreneurs they taught us how to manage our income, between what we are going to invest, what we need to buy, and the surplus that would be our profits. However, we have not been very careful with that and many times the money that comes in is gone without us realizing it or there is no surplus to move forward or invest. So this year 2024, smart management of incoming money will be a premise.
- As far as advertising is concerned, I will reinforce that strength, because I like the results obtained throughout the year with the advertising we have done through social and communication networks. I will dedicate myself to make more promotions and create more propagandas to continue spreading information about the products we offer.
- I want to expand the space we have, so making the most of the garage of the house will be a goal for this year 2024. Making the most of the space is a good way to move forward.
- Thank God the food we offer is very good and the customers love it, so I would like to add a new dish, and we are analyzing which of the three ideas we have already been thinking about. So, most likely, 2024 will be a year of new launches and proposals.
I feel that by paying attention to my strengths and reinforcing them, progress will be noticeable. Therefore, in order of importance; health, administration, projection, advertising, and space utilization, I could say that I have already mentioned the aspects that I have decided to work on in this new 2024 and that I hope it will be so.

Hola @lilianajimenez, esa revisión está muy buena, sobre todo porque comenzaste con la salud, pues sin salud es poco lo que podemos avanzar, y el dinero no se queda atrás, ya que si "perdemos" la capacidad de ahorro ¿cómo crece nuestro emprendimiento?
