Looking through the post earlier today, I was able to find out this great topic which we are to talk on and after so much thought on I, I decided to come in with what I thought and my take on this topic.
If any business is running perfectly and there is no challenges, that means it has not gotten to the stage of expanding or improving, for a business man and entrepreneur, one should always have the mindset that challenge will surely come out no matter how small it might be and this Is just like a school student preparing for an examination to proceed to the next stage in education so also is challenges in business and it should be widely accepted because without passing through challenges, no improvement.

I remember the first time I entered a printing shop where banners and fliers are been made not knowing I will also be part of the staff one day, and when I joined we were like five of us that started together and when they started teaching us we would just look at how things are been done by those who know better than us and the way they design customer’s work so gradually I started knowing those things but guess what? It wasn’t enough .
I learnt how use the software and within years of learning we got competitors close to our shop using upgraded software to design and we just noticed people do not really patronize us instead they go the nearby shop.
I could see one of us already operating the computer using the software we were been taught to attend to customers who came to work, then seeing this I was challenged to go search for a higher software different entirely from the ones we do use in the shop and has lot of better features which would made design more attracting and within days I was able to get it and using it for customers design in no time we got our customers back and If not for the challenge by the nearby shop we wont have gotten the idea of looking for advance software for our work.
CHOICES MADE BY CUSTOMERS
This is actually common among the customers I remember working for someone and after I almost finish the work. All I heard was the design was not that appealing and he wanted a new one different from that, experiencing this every time, one will want to be thinking so wide with various design ideas in other to beat the imagination of customers and do more than their expectation. Challenges is one thing I always expect so much in business because that is a room for any kind of improvement for me.
Learning various things in a new ways different entirely from how it use to be a great challenge and to me if I was not able to learn new things and do more than what customers want then the business wont be able to grow well in my own aspect. This is really a great topic by @damarysvibra for me and I believe more people will have ideas about this topic.

Mirando a través de la entrada de hoy, pude encontrar este gran tema que vamos a hablar y después de tanto pensar en mí, me decidí a entrar con lo que pensaba y mi opinión sobre este tema.
Si cualquier negocio está funcionando perfectamente y no hay desafíos, eso significa que no ha llegado a la etapa de expansión o mejora, para un hombre de negocios y empresario, uno siempre debe tener la mentalidad de que el desafío seguramente saldrá no importa lo pequeño que pueda ser y esto es igual que un estudiante de la escuela la preparación para un examen para proceder a la siguiente etapa en la educación también lo es desafíos en los negocios y debe ser ampliamente aceptado porque sin pasar por desafíos, no hay mejora.

Recuerdo la primera vez que entré en una imprenta donde se hacían pancartas y folletos sin saber que algún día también formaría parte de la plantilla, y cuando entré éramos como cinco los que empezamos juntos y cuando empezaron a enseñarnos nos limitábamos a mirar cómo hacían las cosas los que sabían más que nosotros y la forma en que diseñaban los trabajos de los clientes, así que poco a poco empecé a saber esas cosas, pero ¿saben qué? No era suficiente.
Aprendí a utilizar el software y, al cabo de unos años de aprendizaje, ya teníamos competidores cerca de nuestra tienda que utilizaban software actualizado para diseñar y nos dimos cuenta de que la gente no acudía a nosotros, sino a la tienda más cercana.
Vi que uno de nosotros ya estaba manejando el ordenador con el programa que nos habían enseñado para atender a los clientes que venían a trabajar y, al ver esto, me planteé el reto de buscar un programa superior totalmente distinto de los que utilizamos en la tienda y que tuviera muchas más funciones que hicieran el diseño más atractivo y, en pocos días, pude conseguirlo y utilizarlo para el diseño de los clientes.
ELECCIONES DE LOS CLIENTES
Esto es realmente común entre los clientes Recuerdo haber trabajado para alguien y después de casi terminar el trabajo. Todo lo que oí fue que el diseño no era tan atractivo y quería uno nuevo diferente de ese, experimentando esto cada vez, uno querrá estar pensando tan amplio con varias ideas de diseño en otro para vencer la imaginación de los clientes y hacer más de sus expectativas. Los retos son algo que siempre espero mucho en los negocios, porque para mí son un espacio para cualquier tipo de mejora.
Aprender cosas nuevas de una forma totalmente diferente a como lo hacía antes es un gran reto y para mí, si no soy capaz de aprender cosas nuevas y hacer más de lo que los clientes quieren, entonces el negocio no será capaz de crecer bien en mi propio aspecto. Este es realmente un gran tema para mí y creo que más personas tendrán ideas sobre este tema.
