This was very helpful and sometimes business owners are always too scared to ask their customers certain questions. And then I believe it's not that bad getting some comments you don't like on your business, it helps you grow and manage the business better

Yes, fear exists. The problem lies in the fact that negative comments are a direct attack on an idea or product that the entrepreneur considers perfect, and therefore also attack pride. But what we must learn, before starting a business, is that businesses aren't built on pride, they're built on service, and from there, customer feedback, whether good or bad, is necessary.
