I have read several posts about procrastination, the damage it causes, and how to avoid it. In my case I started to study and I realized that it was not a matter of disorganization or other reasons that were exposed. I realized that it was just a lack of interest, of a real interest to get what that pending activity was going to give me.
As entrepreneurs who have not yet taken the step to become business owners or entrepreneurs, our days are full of activities and we do not always achieve our goals even when we do not stop doing things; procrastination can be an unconscious act and the origin of the scarcity of achievements.
Now that we are starting a new calendar year, it can serve as motivation to learn about specific topics, learn to focus, and mainly to reflect on whether the way we are running our business is giving us the results we want, or if it is time to make changes.
At least this is what I do every time a year is about to end or when it has just started. This year has been no exception, and I am writing this post to tell you some of the most important points that came out of those moments of reflection.
That the activity that was my main source of income is no longer compatible with the lifestyle I want to lead. This activity is Architecture and although it was one of my great passions, now I only develop it for the income it generates, this causes me to take longer to finish the work.
That the time I was dedicating to other businesses was not being productive because I could not focus because I was thinking that I should be working on something related to Architecture.
That if I really wanted to change my lifestyle, I had to choose an activity that would generate the expected income, and that I was really interested in developing it so I could focus on it, stop wasting time doing urgent but not important things, and prepare myself as much as necessary.
Due to these conclusions and others, I closed two ventures that I had started with other people, but that we had not been able to move forward because none of the parties had enough interest in those projects.
I also made the decision, which I had already been working for months in my head, to specialize in the development of Digital Products with Artificial Intelligence on the Blockchain. I know it will be a long road, since it involves learning about many topics, such as web development, programming on the blockchain and more specific topics to generate Artificial Intelligence.
This does not mean that I will stop being an entrepreneur, I do not know if that is something that at some point I can change, it just means that much of my time this and at least the next 5 years, I will dedicate to study, learn and improve skills.
Another decision that in fact is why I decided on the topic of this post, is that HIVE will be my main venture in 2023. The communities I will focus on will be:

In November I turned one year old at @HIVE and until that moment I honestly hadn't found the element that motivated me to get more involved, so I put a lot of pretexts to create content. After reading Damarysvibra's story about her achievements in HIVE, [Eddiespino's](https://ecency. com/hive-110011/@eddiespino/happy-2023-or-goals-and-reflections) on his fifth anniversary and the previous one on his reflections and goals, and some other people more, inspired me to keep going and active in this Blockchain
To end this post I want to thank you for reading it and I hope that the content I will be creating for this community will help you improve your business and take it to the next level.

He leído varios post sobre la procrastinación, el daño que esta causa, y sobre cómo evitarla. En mi caso me puse a estudiar y me di cuenta que no era una cuestión de desorganización u otros de los motivos que exponían. Me di cuenta que sólo era falta de interés, de un interés real por obtener lo que esa actividad pendiente me iba a dar.
Como emprendedores que aún no damos el paso para ser dueños de negocio o empresarios, nuestros días pasan llenos de actividades y no siempre logramos alcanzar las metas aún y cuando no paramos de hacer cosas; postergar puede ser una acto hasta inconsciente y el origen de la escasees de logros.
Ahora que estamos empezando un año calendario, puede servirnos de motivación para aprender sobre temas específicos, aprender a enfocarnos, y principalmente para reflexionar si la forma en que estamos llevando nuestro negocio nos está dando los resultados que queremos, o si es momento de hacer cambios.
Al menos esto es lo que hago cada vez que va a terminar un año o cuando recién empieza. Este año no ha sido la excepción, y escribo este post para contarte algunos de puntos más importantes que surgieron de esos momentos de reflexión.
Que la actividad que era mi fuente de ingresos principal, ya no es compatible con el estilo de vida que deseo llevar. Esta actividad es la Arquitectura y que si bien fue una de mis grandes pasiones, ahora sólo la desarrollo por los ingresos que me genera, esto provoca que tarde más en finalizar los trabajos.
Que el tiempo que dedicaba a los otros negocios, no estaban siendo productivos debido a que no me podía enfocar porque tenía el pendiente de que debería estar trabajando en algo de la Arquitectura.
Que si quería cambiar realmente mi estilo de vida, tenía que elegir una actividad que me generara los ingresos esperados, y que realmente me interesara desarrollarla para así poder enfocarme, dejar de perder tiempo haciendo cosas urgentes pero no importantes, y prepararme tanto como fuera necesario.
Debido a esas conclusiones y otras más, cerré dos emprendimientos que había iniciado con otras personas, pero que no habíamos logrado sacar adelante por que ninguna de las partes tenía el interés suficiente en esos proyectos.
Además tomé la decisión, que ya tenía meses trabajando en mi cabeza, de especializarme en el desarrollo de Productos Digitales con Inteligencia Artificial en la Blockchain. Sé que será un camino largo, ya es eso implica aprender sobre muchísimos temas, como desarrollo web, programación en la blockchain y temas más específicos para poder generar Inteligencia Artificial.
Esto no quiere decir que deje de ser emprendedora, no sé si eso es algo que en algún momento pueda cambiar, sólo quiere decir que gran parte de mi tiempo de este y por lo menos los próximos 5 años, los dedicaré a estudiar, aprender y mejorar habilidades.
Otra decisión que de hecho es por la que decidí el tema de este post, es que HIVE será mi emprendimiento principal en 2023. Las comunidades en las que me enfocaré serán:

En noviembre cumplí un año en @HIVE y hasta ese momento sinceramente no había encontrado el elemento que me motivara a involucrarme más, por ello puse muchos pretextos para crear contenido. Después de leer la historia de Damarysvibra sobre sus logros en HIVE, la de Eddiespino en su quinto aniversario y el anterior sobre sus reflexiones y metas, y algunas otras personas más, me inspiraron a seguir adelante y de forma activa en esta Blockchain
Para terminar este post quiero agradecerte que lo hayas leído y espero que el contenido que vaya creando para esta comunidad te ayude a mejorar tu negocio y a llevarlo al siguiente nivel.

Ver mi vida a través de ciclos me ha ayudado a disfrutar la vida y ser más amable conmigo. Porque me ayuda a ver no sólo lo "malo" sino todas las bendiciones que he tenido, a hacerme consciente.
Buenas noches @mireyalara, bienvenida nuevamente a la comunidad y espero que ese mundo "incipiente", relativamente, de la inteligencia artificial llene tus expectativas porque en un gran proyecto con muchas oportunidades en la blockchain, como dicen, es el futuro, hoy.
Me alegra que entre las comunidades a las cuales aportaras contenido este año, se encuentre Be Entrepreneur, ya que es una comunidad que requiere de constante renovación de saberes porque definitivamente el mundo no se detiene y el cambio es lo permanente.

No tengo expectativas sobre la inteligencia artificial, la elegí por un tema de soñar en grande y salir de mi zona de confort.
